It’s very easy to summarize our five star experience with Francisco’s Cooling and Heating Inc: excellent price and excellent service! From the very beginning we saw Francisco’s knowledge, professionalism, and honesty. He gave us options, then tailored our plan to meet our needs as we wanted them. Very different from the “used car salesman approach” we experienced with other companies. Rafael and Roberto installed two heat pump systems in a timely, professional manner. Great experience all the way around.

Francisco's and his team were truly amazing. He initially did a service on our older unit. Completely cleaned everything out and was extremely informative. He was honest and told us that our original unit was on its last legs and that our original unit wasn't actually big enough for the size of our house. He explained everything extremely clear and recommended a new 5 ton unit for our two story home. Him and his team installed everything in one day and really made us feel great about purchasing a new system through him. Pricing is extremely fair and his continued communication and professionalism. Makes us want to scream nothing but the highest praises for him and his company.

Francisco was fantastic. He was willing to sit down and spend the time with me explaining the differences between his process and the other bids that I had gotten he made me feel comfortable whether I chose him or not. Pleasure working with Francisco. He was very detailed when it came to fixing my unit. He educated me about what was needed and the cost. He wasn’t pushy on replacing my entire unit, he was very honest and pricing was very reasonable. His quick response and communication was very much appreciated. Gilbert was very knowledgeable on what he was doing with our ac & heating systems. He took great care of what he was doing, for example he put on shoe covers before walking through the house. He helped me understand my thermostats and a couple other tips.

After walking out to a leaking water heater, I called Rite Way (formerly Plumbing and AC Medic), and they came out same day to provide a quote. Decided on a tankless system and was very happy with the process of arriving at a fair price; no pressure, very professional. What I was most impressed by though was the politeness and professionalism of everyone on Mike’s team. There were 5 or 6 gentleman who came out to the house over two days, and they were all extremely friendly, responded to questions with thorough answers or “yes/no sir” and did very clean work. I highly recommend! Also having them service my AC units because of the positive experience. Thanks in particular to Gabe, Devon, and Justin!

Rite Way installed AC Units for us a few years back. We also had a new filter system installed that eliminates me changing the filters once a month. This last visit was to swap out the filters. The tech was on time and completed the job quickly. Communication was good prior to the visit.
