Our service window was 8a-5p and the guys arrived around 8:20a, awesome. They gave our AC unit a look over and determined some potential causes for our issue. They did a coil cleaning and we haven't had the issue return. Quick efficient, and prices were as quoted. Would recommend Suttle Air and we will use them again in the future.

We initially contacted Suttle to install a smart thermostat on a rental we run. Their pricing was better than most quotes we got and their reviews were outstanding. During the install, they were able to diagnose a problem with our blower - something the guests had been complaining about but we could never get solved. They worked through the weekend to replace the blower and the original casing so that it would be ready to be back up and running before this first heat wave. If you have an issue in the East Valley, I couldn't recommend Suttle more. I wish I had gone to them sooner instead of wasting my time and money with other companies

Suttle Air came to our rescue when we really needed it. With temps over 100, broken AC can be very dangerous. The service representative Kyle, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within 5 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and had my system back up and running in less than 20 minutes. He also took the time to measure the performance of my system to make sure it met the factory specifications. Don’t call anyone else, Suttle Air is the BEST !!

My AC had been out for almost three days in Phoenix (!) and my current AC partner wasn’t able to get anyone to see me. I called Suttle Air and they had someone out that afternoon to check on my system. Their tech was professional, direct, and helped me understand everything that was going on with my unit, as well as double-checked some repairs that had been recently done by my other AC provider to give me peace of mind. We have used Suttle Air a few times over the last few years. They have always done an outstanding job limping our old AC along as long as possible, always informing us of the issues and it's life expectancy. This year it finally gave out. They were extremely fast, professional friendly and efficient while installing a whole new AC unit showing me pictures along the way. We couldn't be more thankful for their service and our new AC. Shuttle Air is one of the best air conditioning companies I have had the privilege to come service my air condition units. The technician was on time, kept me up to date as he was servicing my 4 units. Last summer to this summer was like night and day in terms of tuning up. I felt I got the American Standard. This is not a knock on the previous AC company. I will request Shuttle Air to service my home units from this point forward. I had a hard time finding people to help with my residential maintenance problems and personal air conditioning. Luckily, I was recommended Suttle Air by a close friend. Living in a remote area in Gilbert I wasn't sure I would get any good service from any local businesses. Suttle Air was fast and easy to deal with, especially when it comes to online estimates. After setting up an appointment, I was called very fast by the worker and he was quick to set up a time to come assist us. He spoke in verbiage I may not have fully understood, but he was nothing but patient and kind. Even offering a business card for any future needs and the best time to contact him. I couldn't recommend a service any more then I will recommend Suttle Air to my friend's. It's not overly priced or unrealistic and their workers genuinely seem like they like what they do and they do it well. Thank you again!

Suttle Air is fantastic to work with. Very honest and upfront with us when we had our AC unit go down. We had a discountinued part that had a long lead time. They were able to get the parts much quicker than we were told by another HVAC company. They worked diligently to solve the problem and get it back up as quick as possible. Highly recommend.

This team was amazing. Having recently had some really horrible experiences with a contractor I was almost nervous to have anybody else in our home. This team was just incredible. They left things better than when they came. They kept us in the loop about what they were doing, were respectful of our home and belongings, accommodating and so friendly. Really disappointed with the quality of service I received. Over the phone I was told the technician would quote me for the service before performing work. He went ahead and did the work without doing so and charged me $200+ for a dryer vent cleaning. This place does not seem friendly to women who live by themselves.

Edit: James Suttle saw my review and responded quickly to remediate the situation. I wish he had been the one who answered the phone when I called originally, but I appreciate his understanding and it seems like he will take action to prevent my experience from happening again. Changing my review to 4 stars.

Great company to do business with!

I needed to relocate some HVAC ducting for my kitchen and James was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He came out to physically inspect the project, prepared a competitive bid, and completed the job on time and very professionally.

Good communication leading up to the project, the friendly crew doing the work, and completing the job as promised leaves me a very satisfied customer.

If the level of service is this good for just some duct work, I can only imagine that it's equally great for any of the full service heating and air conditioning needs you might have.

We had our air conditioner stop working and they were out the next morning to address the problem. We needed an electrician to fix our electrical panel and they had someone out by that afternoon! Great and responsive service!
