One switch is all it took to get my air-conditioning unit going instead I was told that my coils were bad Freon was leaking and my compressor needed Freon. I looked around. I hired an independent HVAC contractor he came to the house change that one simple switch tested the temperature house went down to 65° so I know I was not low in coolant air conditioner is blowing strong. Repaired my thermostat by switching to wires charge me $250 and I’ve been cool since he left instead your company wanted to charge me just $4000 for parts alone to repair. Wanted to charge me for an all new AC unit which would’ve cost me $10,000 or more you are the worst HVAC company I have ever experienced and what a rip off you probably done this to mini seniors and continue to profit from you’re getting on the roof in the customer’s ignorance, but not this time. I will do whatever it takes to get the word out on your company. By the way I gave you one star which you really didn’t deserve and I paid you $89 for a house visit that you really didn’t deserve. either! Angry customer here

Rite way and their technicians are superior! They are skilled, friendly, and do an awesome job! No pressure sales! Zaccheus tackled a very difficult job, stayed till late and dark till he finished the job. Earlier, two other techs were out to flush the water heaters(2) and noticed one leaking. He went beyond courteous and professional finding a replacement and lining up an install same day! I don’t remember his name, I’m sorry, but won’t forget his take care of me attitude and professionalism. Note: we have gone through 4 other heating/cooling companies being highly dissatisfied. Rite way is a keeper.

I'm writing this review for my stepmother she lives in Sun City AZ.
Rite Way installed a new heat pump at her house in 2016, at the time my father was still alive. I thought they paid to much for the system but it wasn't my money and and I thought that my dad had things under control. My father has since passed away and asked me to look out for my stepmother.
Rite Way would call each year and request that they come out and inspect everything, I didn't know they were even contacting her. Two years ago they told her that she needed a new hot water heater because there was some rust on the top but there were no leaks and it worked fine. In 2025 they stated the same thing, they convinced her that the work needed to be acomplished, no leaks an still working. They sold her a tankless hot water heater, install price $7948.50. The water heater could be purchased at Lowes for $1600.00, they then sold her a Flow Tech Home Anti Scale system for $3272.87. I researched the product and most people think its a scam. Total cost for everything after a discount was $8750.00. I read some of the reviews about Rite Way and it appeared they like to do bussiness in retirement communities and it seems like they take advantage of senior citzens.
I spoke with there operations manager and he sent me copies of the bill, I couldn't even make out my stepmothers signature. I called back looking for an explanation and left a message but never recieved a call back.
My stepmother is 89 years old and she didn't need a tankless water heater or a BS descaler. Please pass this information on so that more senior citzens are not taken advantage of.

New homeowner here, and so far these guys are 2 for 2. MIKE came out today to help us with a sink issue that was actually a pretty easy fix. He then helped us flush the hot water heater. He was fantastic, he answered all my bonehead questions and taught me a thing or two. He also didn't nickel and dime, or try to get one over on us. We had the issue start on a Sunday around 3-4pm. MIKE was here and had all our problems fixed before noon Monday The service was fantastic, the price was fantastic. Looks like Rite Way are our plumbers.

I highly recommend reaching out to Rite Way for any Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing needs. They came out to look at my old AC units that were just over 20 years old. Drew provided a very thorough quote with different options. He explained everything in detail and I felt comfortable with the pricing and recommendations provided. I now have two new ac units that are energy efficient and run a lot more quieter than my previous ones. Thank you Riteway for providing an excellent experience!

Every single person I have interacted with during this experience has been absolutely phenomenal. They're friendly, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about their respective roles. The response time for returning calls, and scheduling estimates and installs were all quick and willing to work with my schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they provide.

Called them for a slow running kitchen faucet. Charged me $49 to come out.
They tried to upsell me new faucet, cut off valves and a cartridge.
I replaced the cartridge myself, wasn't the problem. It turned out to be debris in the faucet hose. The technician never even checked anything else. He was only interested in selling. Quotes for new valves, cartridge and valves was outrageous, fixed it myself for nothing. I recommend only contract plumbers with free estimates

Rite Way had someone here the same day we called and communicated well with us. Yair arrived at the front door with shoe covers to keep my floors clean. He was super friendly, very professional, and showed me the live video of the pipe. I highly recommend Rite Way, and hope you’re lucky enough to get Yair at your job.

I recognized your name because the smartest guy I know promotes you. I would have had him go up.but he doesn't like heights. I did check with you but zi found another lower bid. Where do I start. So we are brand new home owners. We've been living in our home for about 1.5 years and the water heater here was 5 years new, well I got home from work yesterday and there was water all over my garage and the water heater was the culprit. Luckily the can had a sticker from when it was installed and from the moment the ladies answered the phone with my question over if it still had warranty to the moment Braden arrived and replaced our water heater, their service was very efficient, attentive and over the top! Braden said the can was no good and he was surprised that at 5 years it was done. So he replaced it right here at 6.30pm he was fast and great at what he does. He also installed a dripping pan so if it happened it would not damage the wall like you can see the water dripping marks. I definitely recommend! Thanks Rite and Braden!!

The technician, Miguel, was very helpful and insightful with our shower drain issue. He was very patient with all of our questions and thorough in his explanations. He even helped coordinate having a different company for a different specialty come out to assist us. I’d be happy to use this company again in the future.

Mike did a great job performing an annual check of my RO system, softener system, and tankless water heater. He monitored all equipment and changed the RO filters, and then advised me on the proper use/maintenance of each. Mike and all the folks from RiteWay have won me over as the go-to techs for plumbing/heating services in the larger Phoenix area due to their scope of knowledge, excellent work ethic, and very fair pricing. Everyone I've dealt with at RiteWay continues to be professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend!

This company is exceptional across the board. JT did a great job. He gave me all of my options and respected my final decisions. The dispatcher updated me every step of the way, if the techs are running behind. I love that when I call, I get a human being. I could even get same day appointments.
Please do not change your style. I am glad to be a member and its so inexpensive to become one

Virgil was a superstar. I've worked with many HVAC techs being a homeowner, and Virgil was the first one who actively help me understand his whole diagnostic process. Showed me what was right with the system and what was going wrong with the system. Very professional and great customer service!

Excellent service from start to finish!. The technician Braden was knowledgeable, and very thorough with our water tank flush system. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and the system is running perfectly now. You can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and honest service.

Mike was Awesome, I had another company come out and tell me I needed a new AC. After 20 minutes Mike told me my unit was fine. My wife and I appreciate the fast, friendly and honest service. I signed up for their VIP package that includes a free hot water heater flush and free coil cleaning every 6 months and it is only 15 dollars a month. I can't say enough about my experience with Rote Way. I would recommend them to anyone.

Miguel J is who you want to handle your drain clearing/clogs and camera of your sewer lines. Efficient, professional, personable, very conscientious, and has self initiative to ensure the problem is solved -line is clear-and knows how to do it! Highly recommend. Also the communication with the Company and Miguel was excellent. I had called on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone out within a couple hours. Then scheduled Monday morning for follow up and camera - Miguel was there bright and early. Great job. Will use again! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Rite Way Heating, Colling & Plumbing. They were able to service our property the same day as the call, and technician called in a team of (3) people and spent about (5) hours on the job making sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated the time and attention to detail. Instead of rushing through it, they carefully checked the system, explained what needed to be done, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right the first time. After the installation/repair, they tested everything and walked me through how it all worked.

It’s not often you find a company willing to put in that much time to make sure the job is done correctly. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater work.

I was connected with Suttle Air through my home warranty as I was looking to get a heating tune-up in preparation for the winter. This was a good experience. There was some initial trouble making contact with Suttle Air but, once we got the appointment setup, it was a smooth experience until the end. Kyle and his co-worker arrived early to the appointment (after calling me first, of course) and explained what work they were going to perform.

It took about 30 minutes for them to complete the tune-up (consistent with other tune-ups I've had). Kyle then explained the results of the tune-up, answered a few questions, and then concluded the appointment. This was a great experience and I plan on using Suttle Air in the future.

It is also worth noting that I've encountered several HVAC companies in the Phoenix area that no longer like to work on two-story houses. We have a two-story house with a steep pitch but they had no reservations about taking the job.
