Suttle Air was awesome! James came in and provided excellent guidance during the assessment phase and worked with my Home Warranty company to get everything set up. The next week, Travis came out and installed our new heat pump. He was courteous, professional, and did an absolutely stellar job! I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend them!

First off allow me to say that Sal is amazing. He was so respectful of our home. Wearing shoe coverings and laying tarps to protect our carpet. He went through with pictures and video and showed me the problem exactly. Walked me through the solution. The price was at least 5x less than another “large” HVAC would have charged. I trust Sal. They should have called Sal in the first place. Within 20min he had the correct diagnosis and it wasn’t a need to replace the compressor at the tune if $1500 from A*r*r*s. He was in time and explained everything he wanted to do to correct the issue, along with pictures as proof. He’s the real deal in knowledge and integrity. It’s too bad there’s only one of him.
