Came out same evening to check out issue with water heater . Replaced old with new early the next morning. Kind and courteous. Efficient and clean.

Todd Collins made a service call today and was polite and professional . We had a significant leak from our toilet and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. In addition to making repairs and getting our toilet operational, he replaced a valve on an additional toilet as he felt it was in need. He made recommendations and explained different options for us. We made plans for future work in the new year and will request Todd for that job!

Miguel came to repair a small issue with an HVAC unit we had installed in October '25. He was fantastic. Highly recommend Rite Way!

I was very impressed with Mr. Segovia and his services. Unfortunately, those services consisted of checking with the manufacturer of my water heater and determining that the recirculation pump that Rite Way had installed was incompatible with the water heater, and removing the pump and related hardware that Rite Way had installed.

Rite Way Phoenix continues to be an excellent Plumbing and AC company for us. Today we had to replace our garbage disposal, our Tech Braden Roberts was fantastic! He has stellar customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job educating us on proper maintenance and usage, not only with our disposal but other plumbing aspects of our home. We feel confident that we are in good hands with this company.

I am very pleased with my experience from Rite Way Heating and Cooling! I called for an appointment and spoke to Melissa who was friendly and very accommodating. She was able to get me a same day appointment. Eroy from Rite Way called to let me know when he was on his way to my house which allowed me time to get other things done. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit quickly and had the part to get it fixed rite away. He was kind and courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I know who to call next time my AC goes out!

Jeff did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and thorough job for us. We will definitely be asking for Jeff again if we find ourselves in the need for plumbing work in the future. Yair went above and beyond for our service call. We were working on toilets in two bathrooms with a clog in one. He ran into some major issues and ended up working a 9hr.shift just at my house and being there till almost 9pm. If possible Yair would be my technician for every service call. Please appreciate him. Every time I have Rite Way to the house they far exceed expectations. They are prompt, professional and polite. We have had 4 gentlemen here this week and all are exceptional. The team from Rite Way did a great job installing our new AC unit. They showed up on time and went right to work. The team of three worked nonstop until the job was done, and then asked me to inspect their indoor workspaces to make sure that everything was clean and that nothing had been damaged. Given the size of the job and everything involved, I was very impressed that they left these areas as clean or even cleaner than when they showed up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Scheduled the water heater flush during the promo. Todd was very pleasant to work with, he was prompt and very knowledgeable with all of my questions. He identified and recommended a part for replacement to keep the system running its best.

Amazing technicians (shout out Mike) however I am blown away how a part that is under warranty costs me over $500/hour to install (~5/6 hours). Who cares about the warranty then and the 2 year labor warranty is always cause my compressor is breaking every 3 years and they just keep recommending to install a new one. Makes no sense. Avoid if you can.

Great communication, courteous staff. We live in Gilbert and our plumber came clear from Sun City. He was polite, and upbeat despite probably having a long day. He was helpful and communicated to us about his eta. Our issue couldn’t be resolved because our dishwasher needed to be replaced. It wasn’t a plumbing issue. Good experience overall!

I had a general HVAC inspection done in the house we just purchased last summer, and the technician noted the blower assembly needed to be pulled and cleaned (dirt accumulated on the fins of the fan). I was quoted $560 to do this very simple job that takes about an hour to do. So I did it myself. I spoke with 2 other companies to get quotes just out of curiosity. One of them came in at $120, and the other charges $179.....for the exact same job....having a tech show up to remove and clean the blower assembly, inspect everything in the system, guarantee their work, etc. Definitely won't be using Rite Way for anything in the future. Be sure to get multiple quotes, always. I feel bad for anyone that has paid the amount they're trying to unjustly charge.
