The people that work for this HVAC company are very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately they are not very organized and reliable.
I rent a commercial office and the AC stopped working. The property manager who is also very nice called Tropical to install a new AC unit.
They installed the unit, but it would not cool the office. It took them 3 tries till it worked, over the course of two weeks.
Devin the owner came out the third time and got it running. Devin is also a very nice guy.
After One month it went out again. I am amazed.
They are really nice people, but I truly do not think they really know what they are doing.

I had Tropical Companies replace my air conditioning unit 2 1/2 years ago. For some reason the unit continues to break down. Now it is freezing up and it’s only February. Granted we have had several 82 degree days here in phoenix. I am being told that it is failing due to my usage and tropical will not honor the warranty they told me the new unit came with when they sold it to me.
I am extremely disappointed. I don’t understand how a new AC unit fails and the customer gets blamed.
They were pleasant to work with in the beginning. I have since called another HVAC contractor and they are repairing it as I write this review.
Tropical Companies are super nice and professional when they are selling you a new AC unit but when it fails due to improper installation… Good Luck.

Kam came to fix my ac/heater. It was cooling with the heat on and he did an amazing job! Replaced the old system with a new one and got my house back to the proper temperature! He was very professional and got it sorted very quickly. 10/10 recommend hiring this company (specifically Kam)!

We were given a 3+ hour estimate and he did it in 2 hours! He was very quick and kind, and our AC is SO much quieter! It was driving me crazy before vibrating through the wall (in addition to not cooling properly) and now it’s so quiet! So double win!!!
