Unlike many competitors they do what is best for me - find the least expensive way to solve a problem. Everyone on their team is a delight to work with. I give them the highest recommendation.

Love that they always look to fix the issue and not just default to the system (3 different units) is 14 years old and must all be replaced. Kyle is the best air conditioner guy I’ve had that didn’t rip me off. He explains everything so that it is understandable and he is correct. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had people who were knowledgeable and friendly but they also ripped me off. So Kyle is the best in all areas. People are deceived by his age, to bad for them!!!
He is also available and has others to help him achieve the best results.

Jake did a wonderful job! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the issues my HVAC unit was experiencing. My unit is 19 years old and he was able to repair it. He was honest about the need to replace the unit at some point because the repairs will become costly. But he didn't try to push me to buy a new unit without troubleshooting the old unit. Ferrell has been easy to work with. They are honest and up front. I would highly recommend them!

I was recommended to Gus from a friend who had a great experience with High Efficiency Air Conditioning. And she did not steer me wrong. From the moment I called I knew I was in good hands. Gus and Raymond did everything they said they were going to do. From setting expectations to arriving on time to getting installation complete. Could not believe how organized and fast they were. I really appreciate the excellent, quality service they provide and continue to provide. Gus continues to be there answering questions and even helping with hooking me up with insulation guy. In Gus you can trust is right! He is my A/C guy!
