About a year ago, my downstairs AC unit stopped working. Instead of trying to upsell me on brand new units, Ferrell Air LLC was able to repair my existing machine, saving me approximately $17,000. Their honesty and commitment to repair over replacement truly impressed me.

This year, I made the mistake of letting a competing company (whose name I won't mention) service my machines after a home show. Coincidentally, my unit went out just three days later. The technician from the other company even told me I'd need two new units by next year – a bit suspicious, to say the least.

Thankfully, Kyle from Ferrell Air LLC came to the rescue! As always, he was right on time, incredibly courteous, and had both of my units running in top-notch shape in no time. He effectively saved me roughly $34,000, which was the quote I received for two new units from the other company.

They were quick to be able to get to us and provided a temp fix while we waited for a part to come in. The communication was top notch h from the scheduling, follow up and from the technician. Very impressed and felt assured since we were out of town when our AC went out. I’d highly recommend and will use Ferrero again!

My rental unit’s AC stopped blowing cold air. I called my usual local company but their estimate seemed rather high so I called Ferrell Air to get another quote even though I had never used them. They sent someone out the next day to diagnose my situation. Their analysis actually included a couple extra parts to replace but their quote was less so I hired them and they came out the next business day and took care of. AC is working perfectly now and my tenant is relieved and happy, me too. The best part was that one of the parts didn’t need to be replaced after all and their bil came in several hundred dollars lower than the estimate (unbelievable!), how often does that happen these days?? Big thanks to Michelle and owner Rusty who were friendly and easy to work with.

I have used Ferrell Air a couple times and my recent time was 9 June 2025. And again, I am very satisfied.
Rusty detected a worn out motor and a warped fan blade. He swapped out my motor with a “rescue” motor to keep my air going while a new motor and blade was ordered and replaced.
All interactions with Ferrell Air has been timely, professional and courteous.

Both my wife and I were thoroughly happy with the service from Ferrill Air....Rusty arrived when he said he would and is thorough in his diagnostic abilities to get to the problem. He repaired the issue, explained what it was he did and answers any and all questions (patiently, I might add) we have. I am now retired and after being in business for many years I really appreciate and respect how Rusty runs his business ---insuring that the customer is fully satisfied with a very fair price.
