We've used Simply the Best for years and always been satisfied with their service. This last year We've been fortunate to have Trevor as our service tech. Last year he installed the clean air system. He's done our Spring and Fall checkups. And today he installed an Ecobee thermostat. We have been very satisfied with everything he has done for us.

This company "installed" my brand new AC unit a few years back, the installation was a nightmare, the drain was not installed properly and the coil ended up corroding and leaking after a few years. The exhaust for the furnance was never installed making it a big fire hazard. Long history short, the unit need it to be replace after just a few years of service. Untrusty.

We were told our heating and air, was on its last leg and decided to replace our system. When we have a major project, like HVAC, we get a few quotes. We interviewed 4 contractors, and they all had different comments and pricing, and we decided to go with Mike at Simply The Best AC. They were by the far the most professional and knowlegeable and helpful. Joe and Jane

*Update - June 2024* Charlie came for a routine yearly maintenance visit. While Charlie was here, the AC started blowing warm air and he came inside to make sure I knew that. He then tells me that I needed a brand new system and proceeded to create varying quotes (at my request). I informed him that I needed to speak with my wife, who was out of town.
"Well, if you could pick one right now, which one do you think you'd pick?" ..... That's when I knew his sole purpose was to sell me a new system. I got a second opinion and come to find out, not only was it just a faulty capacitor, but Charlie never did the maintenance work! He didn't clean the coils and he didn't clean the drain line! My second opinion cleaned a completely clogged line that had a pan ready to flood my garage!

Charlie left my home and within 10 minutes my AC was blowing cold air again. What an amazing coincidence!

Stay away from this company.

After being taken advantage of with a repair by a different AC company, I found Simply the Best. They explained their maintenance contract and the benefits. I’ve had them for several years now and have not been sorry. Because I have the contract, they put me on priority when my AC went out on a Sunday. They sent someone out within 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge. Their tech Andre just left after doing maintenance. He’s awesome and I would love to have him come back next time.

Charlie called to give us an estimated time he would arrive. He was on time and checked out our air conditioner and changed our filter. Very professional and courteous

Octavio serviced our HVAC this time. His prompt and very efficient. Changed our filter serviced our unit and went over everything with me. Couldn’t be happier with this service.

My A/C stopped working, while it was 110 degrees, on Tuesday evening. My "usual" A/C company couldn't send anyone until morning - at which point I would have had to leave my home because it was too hot. I started calling every company and Simply the Best had someone (Charlie) at my house within the hour and my A/C fixed within 2 hours. It was a minor repair and they didn't charge a fortune. Needless to say, they are now my "go-to" A/C company! Highly recommend

Trevor went above and beyond to help me out when my AC needed replacement. I had multiple issues with my previous system and he brought back confidence in this company, ensuring I had the best service and best equipment. He ensured to follow up, checking on if everything was working well and that there was no problem with the work completed.

Last update: I raised the review a couple stars due to the owners reply, but considering I had the extended warranty that also covered labor there is no reason all the repairs shouldn't have been covered under warranty. I know for a fact I was still under warranty, because I went around Simply the Best and contacted the manufacturer directly when I started having all these issues.

Update: Well now I don't know about this company. My ac started having trouble and they have been out here three times in the past month and a half and still have not fixed it. I am tired of waking up in the middle of the night due to the AC not working!

I have used this company for at least 6 years now. I had them install a new AC unit and get yearly maintenance through them. They are always on time, explain to me what they are doing, and warranty coverage on my AC unit has been great.

Skylar was my technician he did a great job in a timely manner and was very professional! I will be Recommending Simply the best to friends and family.

Trevor is great! He was so personable and friendly! He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining everything in a way that I could understand the issues. He showed me pictures to back up his assessment. He is honest and was not pushy at all. I felt that our best interest was at the forefront of his mind at all times. I have never had such a positive experience with an A/C company! My best friend and husband recommended this company to us, and I’m so glad we moved forward with them. Trevor is a gem and even provided us with his cell phone number at the end of our visit! Thank you so much Simply the Best, and I’ll write another review after the install of our new unit!

I originally left a 1-star review due to a number of frustrating issues we experienced after having three AC units installed for our business earlier this year. At the time, we were dealing with persistent problems, multiple service visits, and poor performance from the system.

Since then, the company has worked hard to make things right. They thoroughly investigated the issues, identified significant problems with the existing ductwork, and provided a fair proposal to fix it—without any profit to them. They've been responsive, transparent, and clearly committed to turning the situation around.

I appreciate the effort they’ve made to resolve everything and restore our trust. It’s clear they care about their customers and their reputation. I’m hopeful that our system will now perform the way it should, and I’m glad we were able to move forward on better terms.

I had a great experience with this company. My HVAC unit was unfortunately failing mid-summer and Mike was extremely supportive and patient. Mike found opportunities to save me money where he could and got a quick turnaround on a new system. Great company to have to help during an HVAC replacement.

They sent someone out on a Sunday to diagnose my issue and were able to have a complicated issue fixed within a day. They were super honest and transparent the whole way. They will be my new AC folks going forward!

Skylar came out to do an emergency service on our ac unit. He contacted us and gave us a realistic time frame and did show up in that time. He was professional and very honest in saying the warranty covers what was causing the issue and fixed up our system within the hour.

Had a unit go out on me recently. Been a customer for years and they always treat me right and fair. Cost was very reasonable all things considered, great to work with, service is fantastic, and they got in and out very quickly. House is already back to normal temps and we’re much happier now. Octavio came out last minute and fixed my AC unit. He was so kind, helpful, and explained everything step as he went. I would request him the next time I need any AC repairs!

While living in Mesa about years, our AC went out. We called the AC company we were dealing with. They said we needed a new unit, quoted a very high number. Then I call simply the best. Their quote was $3k less than the others. We went with them. We moved into our rental in North Phoenix were we were told the AC will need to be replaced. I called Simply the Best to have a tune up and to make sure we would be ready for the summer. While the technician was here, I asked him about the stability of the unit. He replied, that is a trane. It's got lots of life to it.
I am so grateful to know there are people out there who are honest and very helpful. I have always had a great experience with them
