My tankless water heater went out yesterday so this morning I call the company listed on the water heater and they didn’t answer. So I looked for a different company online and came across AC Plumbing Doctors. It had Great reviews! Jessica answered with a very welcoming voice and said they could get someone out today. So about an hour later their employee Josh Padilla showed up. He did everything he could to try and repair the broken water heater, but couldn’t. So we needed a new one! Josh worked all day (10) hours putting in the new system. He didn’t even stop for lunch! I have never seen a better employee than Josh! Very professional and respectful! I really appreciate all his hard work. I hope his Boss reads this and gives Josh a Big Raise, He deserves it! I will definitely call Josh for any plumbing issues and recommend him to all my family and friends! Thank You Josh and AC Plumbing Doctors! What an A+++ Company!

Our entire experience was exemplary- from the communications throughout entire process, to the thorough inspection, prompt repairs, and top notch attitude and professionalism of our technician, Kyle! AC Doctors will definitely be our "Go To" company for all our future heating and cooling needs.

We had our tankless water heater serviced, although a bit on the pricey for us we decided to go for it because of Josh Padilla and his care for the customer. Josh was great, He explained the process thoroughly and did everything to make us feel comfortable with the process. I would definitely Use A/C & Plumbing doctors again

The tech was really great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I’m not sure about the price. I am not aware of what other companies would charge me. Paid $400+ to clean and snake the bathtub drain.

Superb experience with A/C & Plumbing Doctors! I’ve had two of their plumbers to my home in the last week for two separate issues.
I was 10/10 happy with both calls; Giovanni and Pablo. The communication prior to visits was excellent, text to keep updated as to their arrival, arrived at planned time. Both Pablo and Giovanni were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was better than I had hoped for and at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely use this company again.

The communication right from the start was excellent. Kyle showed up on time and I received notice when he was on his way. Kyle was kind and professional. Our service was well explained and he even showed us pictures of the work he did. I felt the service was fairly priced and we will definitely continue to use AC Doctors for all our AC and heating needs. Thanks !!

After a rough start on Sunday, when a scheduled appointment fell through and left me sweltering through the night in 97° heat, Kyle showed up promptly on Monday morning and went right into action. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, got the system temporarily running again, and explained that the unit was very old and near the end of its life. Sure enough, the fuses blew later that same day.
On Tuesday, I called Kyle again and decided to move forward with his recommendation to replace the system. He went above and beyond the call of duty to set everything up in short order so that my roommate and I wouldn’t have to suffer through the oppressive heat for long. In fact, it didn’t take several days at all—after the financing was arranged, the installation crew arrived just after 7:00 AM the very next day. By 11:00, I was sitting comfortably in a cool 82°. The new system was not only efficient but also very quiet. The installation team was fast, professional, and courteous.
I also want to mention that everyone I spoke to in the office after Sunday’s scheduling issue was extremely apologetic, understanding, and empathetic. Their response gave me confidence to continue moving forward with them.
I would highly recommend AC Plumbing and Air Conditioning Doctors. Excellent company, excellent communication, excellent integrity, and excellent service. If I ever need them again—though hopefully not for a long time—I won’t hesitate to call.

What an amazing experience with our technician this evening! Colin Riddle is absolutely outstanding! This guy deserves a raise! Colin is a very knowledgeable technician and is so polite! I would love for Colin to be our assigned technician!

Josh Padilla replaced our tankless hot water heater after a previous installer hooked it up incorrectly causing it to not work after 3 years. Josh was methodical , neat ,offered me options and made great recommendations which stayed within my budget. He was kind, respectful and came at 8 am and stayed until the complicated job was complete at 9 pm. I am grateful Josh was our service guy.

Reasonably priced and our tech Joshua was great. Not pushy and very fast and knowledgeable.

Addon: the part went bad for to a wiring problem (not Joshua's wiring) so they came out, found the problem, and replaced the part free of charge. He even stayed past 5 to assure everything was good. Joshua went above and beyond!

10/31/2024 - Javier and Eddy - installing a new A/C today! The job is almost done, takes about 7 hours for our new unit. I think it will be a great A/C and the techs have been courteous, easy to talk to. Eli Mc Affe was our initial contact for the project.
12/23/2024 - Giovanni worked through my bathroom sink low flow problem today! Excellent communication , and great quality of work. Was good that the work was scheduled quickly too!
3/8/2024 - Brian installed a new vaccuum cutoff valve for my auto fill pool system. Very good job, thanks!!!!! Before and after pictures shown.

Colin B . was absolutely amazing! I can’t recommend him enough! He was very polite, personable and very informative the entire time he was here! He answered any questions or concerns I had throughout the process! From coming out & diagnosing the issue with my heater to requesting to come back out to be the one to make the repairs shows the dedication he has to his profession. This gentleman even went the extra mile to close my garage for me when he left! Thank you so much Colin we truly appreciate you!

We noticed the A/C & Plumbing Doctors van in our neighborhood last week and I asked the driver the cost for repairs and estimates. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful so we got his card. I called on Saturday afternoon for unknown ‘gurgling’ noise in sink and they were able to schedule a plumber to come the next morning, Sunday without extra charge. We
met Adrian who diagnosed the noise quickly, explained clearly repair options and costs, (an old RO system we opted to replace) then we asked about a stuck shower knob and he diagnosed and repaired on site that day and also answered our questions regarding an old zeta-unit in the garage and provided a detailed estimate for water softener. The scheduling and billing persons at A/C & Plumbing Doctors communicated clearly, replied promptly and sent texts including a photo to identify the plumber who would come to the house. Both Adrian and the other plumber we met on first day were courteous, professional and well spoken. I definitely recommend this company for their knowledge and service. Beth in Gilbert area

Initial basic maintenance from first technician is not worth the price nor necessary as they just use my water hose to rinse exterior unit. Gave misleading information possibly resulting in paying $1000 to have system fully cleaned. Second technician should deserve five star as he did all correct maintenance and gave a completely different perspective which was Much more agreeable and better understanding. Price was later discounted after speaking with service management, but it’s still yet to be rectified. Technicians that are sent to homes should not be giving two completely different perspectives as this is very misleading for a homeowner to make the Most correct and informative decision.

I highly recommend this place! Angela did an amazing job handling my call from start to finish! She was professional, attentive and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. Had a water leak from the main to the house. Adrian came out, assessed the problem and process on Thursday evening, had me up and running leak free Friday morning. He was very efficient and worked quickly. I am beyond more than pleased with the work he did. Will highly recommend!

Needed new faucet and garburator installed as well as dishwasher hooked up from a left side sink to a middle sink hole. The plumber did a great job without having to make too many pipe changes. He came over within a couple of hours of my request and job was completed within 2 hours.
Very happy and would definitely recommend!

These guys get a five star rating from me, And I couldn’t be happier to find an honest heating an air conditioning company in the highly competitive area of Of The Valley.

We just had a new AC unit and insulation installed, as well as additional repairs to our other unit and duct cleaning. AC Doctors were extremely easy to work with! I told them which days worked and they got all the scheduling done quickly and efficiently. Yes, it was expensive, but I did not feel ripped off. The crews all cleaned up after themselves and we super happy with the work! Thanks AC Doctors!

We had a water heater failure and it damaged a large section of drywall and insulation. AC Doctors were called and they sent Antonio, who diagnosed the problem....within 24 hours we had our new water heater installed. We appreciated his competent and quick service. Very, very pleased with his service and he recommended the mitigation company who cleared out the wet materials and dried out our walls. Thank you, Antonio!
