The technician arrived slightly ahead of schedule for a scheduled maintenance check-up. He explained everything after he was done and showed me pictures of what he had checked. He was very friendly and open to my questions.

I have been with Simply The Best for over 20 years!! I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling systems!!

Recently had A/C repaired... tech came out as promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem right away- and our A/C system was "running like a top" when he left! We have a warranty on our unit- and there was no charge. We've been with Simply the Best for years-- why? Because they are very good at what they do- and their prices are always reasonable. Also, it is always nice to know if I have any concerns, I can always reach out to the president of the company to get resolution to my problems!
Will stay with Simply the Best... for years to come!

I have been a customer of Simply Best Heating and Cooling for a number of years. I recently needed to replace my A/C unit. I worked with Mike the owner, and he got me a new unit at a fair price, with quick instillation. Technicians Skyler and Brad were sent to do my instillation. They did the job quickly and professionally, cleaning up after themselves. Unfortunately, they could not get the new unit to work properly. Mike, Skyler, and Brad worked step by step trying to find the problem which was a defective compressor. Mike made sure that the compressor could be returned and replaced with a new compressor. Once installed, the A/C unit has worked great. Because the job was taking so long, they also loaned us two portable A/C window units while the job was being completed. Skyler and Brad did a wonderful job and Mike made sure that they had everything they needed to complete the job correctly. I highly recommend Simply the Best for your A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Octavio and Mike from Simply the Best Heating & Air Conditioning. They were reliable, honest, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. Both are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. It’s rare to find people in this industry who are both trustworthy and genuinely focused on helping the customer, but Octavio and Mike truly delivered. Highly recommend!

I have been with Simply the Best for almost ten years. Octavio came out today for our annual furnace check. He checked for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, and to make sure all the safety circuits were working correctly. Top notch technician.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was over promised and under delivered on all service and products. I had the service plan but instead of a well working unit, all I have are problems. In my multiple years using this company( because the first contact I had convinced me to purchase the service plan) the turnover is extreme. Now they have one employee doing scheduling and all service. I talked to the owner who is out of state and not even here to fix problems twice, and he wants to guilt you into feeling so bad for him instead of trying to understand the problem and making sure the work is done correctly. Now I have a heater that requires thousands of dollars in repairs and have to find a reliable company to fix it. Thanks for nothing!

Met Rusty of Ferrell Air over 10 years ago and have been with him since. He is honest, skilled and does what is best for his clients. He will try to fix units instead of pushing to replace them like everyone else in the industry does. His prices are extremely fair and he comes right over for those emergencies on 100 degree days. His staff follows his lead and are a pleasure to work with. Rusty has taken the trama out of getting AC in the desert.

Ferrell Air was very fast to respond and check out our rooftop heat pump. Planning to use them to install a new unit.

I recently had an issue with my gas furnace not kicking on and called Ferrell Air for assistance. Despite the system being under warranty, they informed me that they would not be able to get the correct ecm motor until the next day. However, considering my wife's pregnancy and having two toddlers at home, I requested if there was any way they could get it running temporarily for the night.

To my surprise, the technicians Stan and Rusty went above and beyond to help us. They managed to put in a different motor temporarily, ensuring that we had heat for the night, and promised to return the next day with the correct motor. Their quick response and problem-solving skills were truly commendable.

I am extremely impressed with the level of care and dedication Ferrell Air displayed towards their customers. Not only did they resolve our heating issue promptly, but they also prioritized the well-being of my family. I highly recommend Ferrell Air to anyone in the Sedona area in need of HVAC services.

I hired Ferrell Air to replace my HVAC system when it died in the mid of a heat wave. Rusty Ferrell called me back immediately, provided a timely quote that was very competitively priced, worked immediately with the HOA to gain immediate approval and had the new system (with crane service) installed in one day. Ferrell Air brings decades of experience, and are a family-owned local business. I would hire Ferrell Air over and over again. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
