I want to thank AC Doctors for coming to my rescue. Two techs came today, Josh and his manager. They did a wonderful job of getting my heating unit working. Josh was very knowledgeable and courteous. Wonderful job!

Ian and Michael arrived on time, were attentive to my concerns and were very professional. They repaired my unit in no time at all. Ian also explained the defrost cycle to me in case it happens and advised of how to proceed. I really appreciate it!! Thank you!!

Made an appointment for maintenance on our heater. Logan was here on time. He was very cordial and professional. Told us a few things that we might want to take care of in the future.

Rory did a great job finding out my leaky AC problem and taking the correct action. He is polite, respectful of my property and was careful to not let my cat get outside during the process. I highly recommend AC Doctors!

I felt like the service could have been better with explaining in detail the job and for 20 minutes of service it sure was overpriced especially when you don't know the details of all the equipment that was installed in my home. The fact that he turned off my gas and didn't turn on my water heater pilot back on, when he turned the gas back on. He told my brother and I, "I don't know a lot because he only been working with the company for two weeks", made me uncomfortable. There were questions about what I ordered for them to work on. It was frustrating all around. The invoice wasn't detailed enough. It just showed the part that was installed and the total in price that was it. I want to know the details just like anyone else about what they paid for. Overall, I will be going to someone else.

Called AC and Plumbing doctors this morn on Sat, Nov 8. I was able to get an appt same day! Joshua came out and it was the thermostat that was bad and had to be replaced, which he did! Good service, good customer communication and good work. I will call them again if and when needed and will recommend their company!

Ian arrived in an hour of me calling. He was Great. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand and had my AC back up and running in no time at all and it only cost me $75.00. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Ian to for ac repair.

Craig was phenomenal. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to us not only what was wrong with our AC, but how the entire thing works. We learned so many things that we never knew before, such as the air filters were buying are far too restrictive and not efficient (merv 13 filters, etc) but also we were creating a less efficient environment for our outdoor AC unit by having it in an enclosure for aesthetic reasons. I felt like we were in such good hands, especially after being told our problem was something else completely by a different company that came out to look at our unit for us the night before. After 20 hours of no AC, I can finally relax thanks to Craig.

We had a problem with our bathroom sink drains. Called AC Plumbing and they came within a few hours - short notice. The work was on expertly and quick. Would recommend them to anybody that has plumbing problems. I was very pleased with the tech that came. he explained everything before he started the work and gave a estimate of the cost. So Happy with the response.

Josh P installed a new water heater yesterday and did a great job!!! The job was done late on a Sunday, everything was explained well and pretty much completed in one hour. I would highly recommend A/C & Plumbing doctor's based on the service I received.

I phoned A/C Plumbing Doctor's on Christmas Eve for a non-emergency plumbing issue, and an appointment was available on the 26th! Joshua arrived at the expected time, was professional friendly, patient, and informative. Extra bonus: he covered his shoes! I very much appreciate this touch. Although service was not necessary at the time, the way he conducted business will place this company at the top of the list when the need arises. Thank you Joshua!

I explained my problem to A/C Plumbing Doctors and they had someone out within a couple hours. It was a Saturday afternoon and I wasn't charged any additional fee.
We were very impressed with Kyle R. What a wonderful personality. He was very knowledgeable and caring and He took time to explain and answer all our questions.

I'm a licensed engineer and very particular about how work is done on our our A/C system. The Doctors always do good work, they're reliable and I trust them. Ian, their technician, represents the best of the company - he's friendly, always prepared to discuss any concerns, and knows the technical side well.

We were in an emergency situation. Valves would not turn off water to washing machine.
We were relieved that 2 service repairmen were able to come out the same evening. They arrived equipped with everything needed to do the job. We had additional work added as our shutoff valve outside was needing to be replaced. At that time a pressure valve was strongly suggested but we declined as our pressure has been the same and steady for 46 years. We had timely, friendly, courteous service and very good workmanship. We would definitely recommend this company . They stand behind their work with a 2 year guarantee. We are very pleased.

A/C has been my go to for A/C repair for a few years. They come out promptly, diagnose the issue, give me a price and take care of the problem. I have found their prices to be fair, the technicians pleasant, and capable. Best of all they don't make stuff up or dig around looking for ways to run the bill up. Honest and Dependable. How Nice!

These guys have never disappointed. No matter the problem or solution I get honesty, options and am left with more knowledge on how systems work and how to maintain and do simple repairs.

Josh P was my tech recently and he was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile for me. The bottom heating element went out on my water heater, he took the liberty to contact the manufacturer about the warranty for me since it was a newer unit. He gave me multiple options and educated me on each one. He even came over the next day because he had noticed the sewage vent cap was cracked and he replaced that as well.

Definitely will be using these guys for my AC and plumbing needs.
