I have been using Bob's Airco for over 23 years. Always provide great service and honest in the repairs required to fix my units.

They recently serviced my AC units to insure they were ready for the summer heat. The price was super reasonable and they were very prompt in their response time when I called to make the appointment.

Hicken Air is a great company! Shawn and Antonio are excellent at their job. I appreciated their knowledge , and kindness . They replaced a major part of my AC. Made sure there was a drop cloth and vacuumed up when all was complete. I definitely recommend this company if you want quality service. Make sure you ask for Shawn and Antonio👍

I have been a customer with Hicken Air for 3 years, there has been a few occurrences I needed small things to be fixed and Yvonne has always been on top of scheduling it for me, EVERY technician that comes on my property has always been respectful, very knowledgeable, very professional, and last but not least I have never ever felt taken advantage of from Hicken Air ever! They are very honest, and go above and beyond. Prices are also awesome. Thank you guys for being the good guys. I will always recommend you to my friends and family :)

This is the second time I've used Hicken Air to repair my AC system since I started renting my current home and have had great service both times. They are professional and helpful setting up appointment for service and Shawn who came out and checked out my unit was very friendly and helpful. He figured out the issue quickly and explained it well and even explained how capacitors worked and why it's important. Will definitely call them next time I have an issue.

This company runs a smooth operation for sure. Needed after hours service call on a weekend. They fit me in and worked pretty late into the night to get my system working again. The tech, Shawn, was great. He took the time to understand what was happening with my HVAC system, diagnose it and get it up and running. The best part of all was his attitude. Even though he worked late into the evening on a Saturday night, he wasn’t put out at all. His attitude was great. It took much longer than planned and he stuck in there to get us up and running. He represented his company well and provided an extraordinary service. Much appreciated Hicken Air (and Shawn)!!

Shawn & Dylan did a great job for us! They came here for a new homeowner orientation and explained the thermostats, etc. While here, they noticed a problem with the heater and quickly repaired it. Both very pleasant and friendly while maintaining professionalism. Speaking with the Hicken reps on the phone - I noticed they were always very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Hicken for your HVAC needs!

Shawn and Victor were phenomenal. Hicken Air installed our new A/C and Shawn and Victor came out to fix our thermostat so we could get some heat on the first cold AZ day! Thank you! Highly recommend. Start to finish, they are always professional, accommodating and friendly!

Great experience from your company as a whole. Sierra is so informative as to the time the technician will be there and with updates as needed. I’ve never encountered that with another company. And the technicians I’ve had are excellent. I just met Shawn he is just awesome. He explains very clearly and cleans up when finished. Great company as far as I am concerned!

We’ve worked with Hicken Air LLC over the years and they are great! They are reliable, courteous and honest. Their customer service is excellent Antonio came out today and was professional, friendly, and prompt, diagnosing our AC problems and fixing it on the spot. Can’t say enough good about this company and highly recommend giving them a call for your AC needs!

These guys came out first thing in morning and really did an amazing job. We were without AC all weekend long and this team was able to fix and explain the issue. Shout out to Alex and Brian awesome team work, communication and professionalism. I would most definitely recommend this company 100%.

Shawn H. Was absolutely amazing. He was the only AC tech that cared to show up to our home after fighting with our property management company, another tech refusing to come because he’s working too much. Shawn was on a call near our house, extended his day & came to help us. We have two six year olds & a five month old in the house, he refused to leave us without ac. He called his bosses & did everything he could to make sure when he left, we had cold air. 10/10 reccomend requesting him to be your tech!
