I've been using Bob's Airco since 2016 and they are always on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their do a thorough job and work diligently to fix the issue. I won't let anyone else service my A/C after using them. Thank you Bob's Airco for being there for my family.

Discovered a leak from the secondary water drain over the weekend. Bob's Air Co was able to fit me in late in the afternoon on a Monday (today). The pricing was super reasonable after they found the primary drain pipe was clogged up. Richard fixed it quickly, stayed to make sure it was good and even answered a few questions outside of my current problem. All around great service. Definitely recommend these guys if you run in to a pickle with your AC during these CRAZY AZ summers!

I contacted Bob' s A.C. and spoke to Bobby we scheduled and he arrived promptly on time I told him my concerns he was up in the attic for 45 minutes he identified the issues and had pictures.
We rescheduled and his tech came the next day and and made the necessary changes to my duct work , I am completely satisfied with the changes. RICHIE THE TECH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND VACUMMED UP ANY DEBRIS THAT FELL DOWN.
THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN MY A C company for over 20 years.

What a lifesaver! I have used Bob's Airco several times for AC repairs. One time, came home from vacation to a 99 degree home. Bobby's response time was very fast and completed the repair in short time and made sure the house was cooling off before leaving. Honest, dependable and affordable. Family business with integrity!!

I have been using Bob's Air-co for all of our AC needs since 2011 and have never been disappointed. This week, my older AC unit (from 1999) stopped working right and I was sure it has finally died and we were going to have to replace it. Bob's Air-co came out within a few short hours and they ended up only needing to replace the dual capacitor for a little over $200. They didn't try to sell me on putting in a new unit when they totally could have and I would have believed them. Their honesty, integrity, and quality of service is what keeps us coming back for all of our AC needs. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Bob's Airco for your air or heating needs. I just used them to install a mini-split system in one of my rooms and what an amazing team. Very helpful, cleaned up so well, and the unit works great. I have also had my central air system serviced. The tech gives you all the details - tests well, need to watch, etc. Helpful with questions and great service. Use them the next time you need service or install - you won't regret it!

Every time we contact Bob he responds quickly even when its not an emergency. He's professional and explains any issues so that they are easy to understand. He recommends needed repairs and maintenance as if it were his own HVAC system. Bob's Airco is a first class operation and he is an excellent person and expert in his field. I have been a property manager in the East Valley for 10 years. Bob's Air Co Repair Co has been our preferred vendor for all AC and electrical work orders. They are very professional and get to us quicker than and other vendor. Their employees are respectful and professional to all of our tenants. I also use them for my personal home. We installed a new AC and they were able to beat the price of several other companies.

We've used Bob's Airco for years. They are family owned and make us feel like we're family. We've used them both before they installed a new system and since the new system was installed. We had our first Service call 6 years after the new system was installed. The Day-Night 2 stage unit that Bobby recommended has worked flawlessly until the last hot spell where it started to freeze up intermittently. Their techs arrived ahead of schedule on the first call and on time the second trip where they provided testing, maintenance, and added some freon to the system. The unit has worked without issue for the last week. They also have taken care of my son's families AC units and we have referred them to several friends over the years as well. We highly recommend Bob's Airco.

Bob’s Air-Co was friendly, communicative, and worked fast. They came out to confirm I needed a new AC unit the next day. Within a week I had my new AC up and running. They made sure the heater, air conditioner, and thermostat was working before leaving. They even removed a part from the AC unit that I asked for. Bobby with Bob's Airco has always been great. he is transparent with work needed, quotes and repair times, the HVAC service works well and is completed on schedule. The technicians are typically knowledgeable and provide good information to our store managers for commercial services.

Bobby came out as soon he could get to us, told us what it would cost to repair our heat pump. It took about an hour to repair the unit, he showed me what the problem was. I thought reasonably priced and he was a good guy to talk to. If we have any problems in the future I will call Bob's Airco Repair Co.
