Hicken is great. The techs are always very professional and explain everything they are doing when they show up. They are also on time, which has been an issue with other companies. I would definitely recommend Hicken for A/C and heating maintenance, which I have done now for 3 years.

Friendly over the phone and was able to get someone to review my AC / duct work asap. The tech presented multiple options, gave me free advice on how I could remedy a few issues, and delivered what I wanted quickly and within my budget. Wanted to add a register to a hot room which they did and our hottest room is now one of the coolest. Highly recommend and will be my AC company for all service and repairs moving forward.

Hicken Air is very easy to work with. They are prompt to arrive at scheduled appointmient times. They thoroughly serviced our AC system, all aspects of the system. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable about our system. Signed up for semi-annual service. Very pleased with them. I would recommend them.

Hicken Air replaced my 2-ton AC unit this past summer and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was quick, efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly. Pricing was very reasonable, and the warranty gave me great peace of mind. Everything was handled smoothly with zero hassle. I would absolutely recommend Hicken Air to anyone in the Valley looking for reliable and honest HVAC service.

This is not a company to use for a large project. For one, they do not honor their work that has to do with warranties. Very bad install issues at the apartment complex they were contracted to do work. I contacted various people within this company to help with furnace warranty issues. They are too cheap to send a tech out to northern AZ to correct the issues with items they installed. Just trying to pass off the work to any other company. If they can't honor warranty work, maybe Ryan shouldn't have bid on the project. They may be a good company for small residential jobs. But that's about it. They short cut and use cheap materials. This pic is an example of their work.

Update: Here are 3 more pictures of hicken's poor install. Each and every one of the 52 furnaces this company installed has issues like this. One of the pictures is of an exhaust vent, not connected in the way it should be. For this reason, the AZ ROC will be contacted. Please take into consideration of the pictures provided if you plan to choose this company. Like I've mentioned before, hicken might be good for residential jobs. But definitely not for a large project.

I just had a new HVAC installed by Hicken Air. Incredible system, 2-Stage operation 16SEER2 w/ Gas Furnace and quality skilled tradesman. Upon completion, I noticed the externally installed AC Hi-Press Dryer was installed in a zone of potential human damage. The old unit had the Dryer factory installed inside the AC Condensor, but new system required an externally installed Dryer. I shared my concern with installation dept and they immediately corrected the situation at NO cost parts and labor. Below is the before and after of relocated new inline Dryer. Great immediate Service and redo. Thanks Hicken Air.

A very positive experience, I had both Hvac and plumbing inspection completed. Two techs showed up, and called 30 minutes before their arrival. Both were polite and efficient with their inspection. I would be happy to refer a family member or friend to AC Plumbing Doctors.

Very impressed with A/C doctors. They were very efficient, friendly, informative, and affordable. From the initial quote to the installation, I was impressed. We had 3 technicians replacing our A/C, heating, and ductwork. We also had the air scrubber installed. Logan, JR, and Xavier were wonderful! Took them about 6 hours altogether. It’s only been a few hours and we can already feel the difference in cooling. Honest, reliable, and affordable. Definitely recommend A/C doctors.

Five Years of Refrigerant Leaks, Finally a $2,700 Repair Bill
Had AC Doctors install a $7,629 HVAC system in 2020. At the first annual inspection in 2021, refrigerant was low and I was told it was from a tool left behind. They checked for a leak but found nothing. Every year after, I needed more refrigerant and was told the system was fine. Now, out of warranty, they finally found the real leak and it's going to cost $2,700 to fix. This is an issue that should have been identified and resolved years ago. The only bright spot was Shane, by far the most thorough and knowledgeable technician. If every tech had his attention to detail, this problem would have been solved long ago. Unfortunately, the repeated misdiagnosis has made this an unnecessarily costly and frustrating experience. I'm going to go ahead and have them complete the repairs, but overall, I can’t recommend their HVAC services in good faith…
