Craig has been a life saver! I had multiple problems with my ac unit and he was out to my house the next day each time I needed him, willing to work with my schedule, and his prices were great! Definitely recommend him!

Excellent service. Craig (the owner) took my call and was able to fit me in the schedule today. He diagnosed and repaired the issue, while making the electrical a bit cleaner in the process. Gave me advise on other systems needing attention after seeing evidence of rust in the drain line as well. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I was charged for 2 air conditioning tuneups. However, the technicians never performed the tuneups on the two units. The AC filters were not checked, the gauges were not installed on the second unit to verify pressures and the freon was not topped off on either unit, the air handlers were not checked, etc. Very disappointed with the service.

My A/C broke down at 7:00 PM , i call Queen Creek Air Conditioning, Craig answer and didn't hesitate to come over and fix the issue. He was very honest and ethnic in his work. He personally came over in less than 45 minutes. He was done in 30 min and me and my family were really happy to have cool air again.

Highly recommend Queen Creek Air Conditioning!! They came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. The owner himself was on the job. They did my annual check up on two properties for a total of 3 AC units. They are super knowledgeable, reasonably priced and won’t try to sell you a bunch of parts or service contracts that you don’t need. They explained everything in simple terms. Just straight up honest, no bull and knowledgeable AC company. I’m so tired of all those companies that try to scare you into buying things you don’t need. Not these guys. Happy we found our go-to guys.

I Blew it! The fuse, that is...while attempting to install a new thermostat I neglected to cut the power to the unit and I blew the fuse in the furnace. Never happened to me before and I was clueless as to what the problem was. All I knew was that I had a dead furnace/AC unit...Craig spent a bit of time on the phone with me, walked me through the diagnosis and what it would take for EITHER him to come out and accomplish the repair OR for me to do it on my own. In spite of the fact that it might cost him a repair job, and a few bucks in the till, he encouraged me that it MIGHT be a simple and easy fix that I would be able to accomplish on my own. And, he was totally correct. An hour and a half later everything is back to normal, Craig unselfishly saved me some money, and taught me a lesson about turning OFF the power! When I actually need repair on my unit I will trust that Craig will do the job professionally and properly. I can highly recommend this company and Craig to take care of my heating and cooling issues!

Craig the owner was amazing. Last night my a.c. went down. He was at my house first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem quick. He took the time out of his day to drive to Phoenix for a part that was needed to make sure it was up and running fast and reliable. He is so very personable and professional. He didn't mince words and told me straight out what it was and the cost. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you Craig for everything I'm so appreciative.

Woke up in the middle of the night to the scorching Arizona summer and a broken AC. Called Craig at 7AM and he fit me in the schedule with the hour.
Straight Forward Diagnosis: Frozen motor. I thought of going with my home warranty, however Craig was so professional, and willing to work with me to do it now. All the parts on the truck and cool air blowing back in the home within an hour. Reasonable pricing, professional, and more importantly, ethical! Highly recommend!!

In actuality I did not hire Craig to perform the work I was considering. However, he was the only contractor to call me back. Plus he spent a fair amount of time on the phone with me explaining the process and time required.

I had an issue with my AC not blowing any cold air on a Friday afternoon and called 10 different places in the valley. None of those 10 places would be able to meet with me until Monday due to it being the weekend. I gave an 11th place a call which was Queen Creek Air Conditioning and they had no problem coming out to meet me first thing Saturday morning. They were able to quickly diagnose my issue, they were very communitive in all the technical aspects of what was wrong and quickly fixed the issue. They were in and out in under 2 hours with great customer service and an excellent price.!

Our AC Unit was freezing up on us, and we spent way too much time and money for another unnamed company to come out and "see what was wrong". When they quoted us with outrageous prices, we decided to look for another company and we are SO glad we found Queen Creek Air Conditioning. Craig was very informative, honest, and helpful. He came out shortly after the call, told us what was up, and made us a priority! Within a few hours, our AC is up and running! HIGHLY recommended!

Found Craig simply by going down the list of AC companies that could come same day to diagnose/repair my AC. After determining it was a costly repair, I opted to simply have the whole AC replaced. Craig and team worked diligently to get me up and running as fast as possible (~48 hours!!) I can't thank and recommend Queen Creek Air enough. If I could give 10 stars I would!

What you hate the most, our HVAC broke down on a Sunday afternoon with 114 degrees outside. Our builders people could squeeze us in on Tuesday after 4 PM. Called Queen Creek Air Conditioning and Craig said he would be over in 15 minutes and he was. Unfortunately he could not repair the builders vendor controller system he assured us that the issue was there and not involving the Compressor or air handler which would work if the controller could communicate. What did this Sunday service cost? Nothing! Queen Creek A/C will get my future business.

What an amazing experience. I have two small children and 4 pets (cuz of the small children). Our house was sitting at 90 degrees inside and the contractor my Home Warranty company sent cancelled without a phone call. I was referred to Queen Creek AC, but was hesitant to call because he was outside the normal service area. I called at 5pm and received a fast answer. He said that he was booked, but if I was willing to meet him at 7am, he would come look at my system. Sure enough, bright and early he's here and ready to get started and 20 minutes later my house is a cool comfortable 77. It's hard to find good customer service and reliable work, I was lucky enough to get OUTSTANDING service and INCREDIBLE work. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Queen Creek Air Conditioning service was great. I called a dozen big name companies and they said they couldn't make it out to fix my AC until the next day. I called Queen Creek Air Conditioning Company and they were at my house in less than an hour. My AC was fixed within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this AC company.

I couldn't be happier with these guys! My AC died on a Saturday morning and it was 113 degrees that day; in short, it was freaking miserable in my house by noon. Craig came out the same day to check it out, gave us a great price on a new unit, and the install was super fast! My AC is now blowing super cold. My family and my animals thank you so much for the outstanding work you did!

Craig was incredibly professional and kind throughout my entire experience with his company. Our upstairs AC stopped working and with a 1 yr old baby still taking afternoon naps it was getting pretty stressful here at home. He and his team arrived, identified the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and had the problem fixed in less than 45 min. I wish I could give this company 10 stars! I called Craig on a Saturday because our A/C had stopped working and our house was at 90+ degrees. And he answered! Not only that, but he really cared about our problem. Based on my experience with our 20-year old units, I had gone ahead and ordered run capacitors from Amazon, hoping I could just swap them out and that would fix the problem. When I asked Craig about that, he helped me through the process and spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me, having me check various parts of the A/C unit to make sure it was working after I had replaced the parts. In the end, he didn't even need to come to our house. You can tell he cares about his clients more than he cares about making a buck! I am definitely going to call Craig the next time I have an A/C problem I can't fix on my own.
