I don’t think I can say enough about how great these two men were and how they really saved me and my family today!!! My ac went out last night at 11:00 pm. By morning it was pretty warm in the house. I had a tech from another company come out and the other company stated that I needed a whole new AC unit and it was going to cost me almost 10,000.00. I was in a panic! Of course I wanted a second opinion. I got in touch with Queen Creek AC and Craig was able to squeeze me in and was at my house in less then 30 min! Come to find out I just needed a minor repair and it was very reasonable in cost to fix! My AC was working great again in a matter of minutes!!! I will refer everyone I know to Queen Creek AC from here on out. I myself won’t use anyone else now, they were fast, friendly, professional, HONEST, and we could tell they really cared! Great guys, amazing company! They really made my day today!

Great Work. Craig at Queen Creek Air Conditioning came out twice this month. The first time my blower had gone out. This was repaired quickly and efficiently! The prices were great. When I started having cooling trouble again I was thankful to know exactly who to call! I called Craig and he said he would fit me in right away. He is very knowledgeable and explained the problem in a way I could understand. He had our problem fixed in no time! I believe wholeheartedly that he is a trustworthy guy! He values his company and his customers... In Arizona we all need a friend we can trust in the Air Condition business and I am thankful to have him on my side. I would recommend him over and over again!

Great company. Used for the first time for our business. A/C went out and within 5 hours of the phone call for service we were back in business. Technician was polite, respectful and very informative as to what our problem was without "talking over our heads". Will use again.

The person driving the company vehicle on the West 202 S Mountain Fwy at W Estrella Dr yesterday was speeding and passing in the right lane and almost hit the back of a White SUV. Amazing companies allow their vehicle with the big lettering of the company name to be driven this way. Four lanes and passing in the right lane. This is a good reason to choose a different company.

Great service these days seems to be somewhat of a curious anachronism. Though Covid has taken its toll on a company’s ongoing challenge of acquiring and maintaining quality team members, with effective management, strong organizations (like Crawford Mechanical) can still ferret out performers. That said, I want to acknowledge Crawford’s Service Coordinator, Cody, and one of his outstanding Technicians, Shaun. Further, I want to take a moment to thank you for assembling a team that still remembers that “the customer pays their paycheck.” Obviously, they both realize it takes more money to generate a new customer, than to maintain their most valuable asset, a current customer.

I highly recommend you take the time to allow Crawford Mechanical to review your project. It will be executed accurately, timely, and at a competitive price.

After doing it to another motorist the Driver in truck #121 this morning decided to ride my bumper for a few miles from the 10 east onto the 202 south constantly flicking his high beams and honking. All done in traffic. Definitely not someone who is safe to operate a company vehicle especially if they are making the company look bad. Will be filing the proper reports and checking my rear camera since he did get uncomfortably close multiple times.

This guy headed east on the 202 near Tempe town lake, I’m doing 80 in the hov he flies up behind me almost rear ended me, pull over to let him by as he glares at me, had to be doing over 90mph when he went by

No regard for other peoples safety, hope you consider this before doing business with this company

My air conditioner wasn’t working, I called Valleywide Cooling at 7 pm on Sunday night. The serviceman arrived just after nine and took care of my issue. Steve was wonderful. He was very helpful and took the time to check everything. Steve was great!

This company came to my home and diagnosed the problem, then came back once they had the parts and did the repair. Their service was outstanding, starting with Margaret, who answers the calls and schedules the service. She is such a good communicator and works to take good care of the clients. She conveys that your needs are important and a priority to the company. this is so welcome!! Both of the service techs, Shad and Lane, who came to our house were outstanding. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did excellent work.

I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC service needs.

I went and got several quotes for replacing my HVAC unit and Valleywide was one of the more reasonable quotes I had gotten, but what made me choose them was their customer service and their tech Jimmy that came out to the property, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The system is fully installed and I am very happy with the result.

This positive experience started with Margaret making the scheduling process easy and accommodating. Upon his arrival, Steve was the textbook definition of professional. He explained the workings, both good and bad, of our air conditioning unit with patience and accessible language. Steve worked efficiently and followed up to make sure we were comfortable with what was done and how we can care for our unit in the future. Valley wide cooling has by far the best customer service and truly cares about there customers .
After 2 companies came out and my unit still wasn't working Jimmy came out and priced me a new unit at an amazing price below the other 2 companies.

Margaret is very professional and caring. She makes one want to call back. She makes one feel safe and that there problems will be taken care of and that the person calling has value. The Tech, Billy, was excellent! He was very professional. Took care of everything and made me feel confident in what he told me. Unlike other technicians, he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, he didn't try to rip me off, he conducted himself in a friendly yet professional manner. He came at the time he said he would. I highly recommend him as a representative of the company. I highly recommend Valley wide Cooling. They're the best!

What a great experience so far with Valleywide Cooling. I am so grateful that I came across their website. It started with Margaret's customer service and communication. She was able to send Jose out same day to diagnose and fix our AC issue. Jose was professional, personable, and immediately put me at ease. Highly recommend using Valleywide! We needed a new AC unit, Jim came over to talk about options and didn't feel pressured one bit. I recently had some air-conditioning issues and of course it was 115°! I called Valleywide and they were able to get a technician out the same day. The technicians name was José. He was amazing! He had fantastic customer service skills, was very kind, explained everything on a level that I could understand. He even came back a couple times to check on my system because of the issues I was having with some other companies mistakes!
He spent a great amount of time on my service call and is trying very hard to save me some money. He even tolerated my noisy dogs!
I would highly recommend him as your technician, and I would request him!
His personal approach and warm smile also help when you are stressing out about your air conditioner.
Everyone that I have worked with in the company has been amazing especially Margaret. and I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.

Called Valleywide Cooling at 5:30pm and their technician arrived by 7:00pm same day to service our AC unit which stopped working. The lady who took our initial call was so sweet and friendly. She was able to get us a same day appointment knowing our AC wasn’t working. Brandon arrived right on time and knew within minutes that the capacitor on our unit needed to be replaced. He made the repair, checked the temp inside to make sure cool air was coming from the vents and wrapped things up. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Impressed with our experience and we’ll share the business name with everyone!
