I had Matt from Olive air, heating and A/C repair come out today to do the tuneup for winter. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and explained things to me so I could understand it. I have had a great experience every time they come out 😊

Matt did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing an issue with my AC drainage system. He went above and beyond to check for the root cause of the leak, made sure everything was working properly, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and solution to me. WOW is what I’ll start with. This company went way above and beyond to fix my air conditioning for me today. The professionalism from Kim at the office and scheduling to Matt fixing the system itself. Matt gave a detailed list of repairs spent time explaining and followed through to make the diagnosis quick and the repair was done within the day. I’m incredibly grateful and you won’t go wrong using this company. Thank you both for making this a success today. Amazing same day service and fix for a brand new blower and control board that a different HVAC company had installed incorrectly earlier in the day!
Javier was prompt with communication, thorough and thoughtful with his work, and most importantly fixed the incorrect/loose wiring issue + stayed back to ensure cold air was blowing as expected with temp measurements and explanations. This is the level of thoroughness and customer service that one would expect out of a HVAC company. Great work and highly recommend them.

They installed an brand new Trane in my home in July. We have had nothing but trouble with this unit. Keeps turn off and on. Tech came out said it was thermostat bought brand new thermostat still same issue. New thermostat no power. Ecobee thermostat. This cannot be happening. We message this weekend no response. Have not had any ac since Friday 10-10-25. It is 10-14-25. It's 95 degrees in the house. Plus humidity. This should have been handled the minute we called in. This is an emergency with a new install. I'm very disappointed at how they have handled us as a customer to this date. Bad business. To the owners response You had a tech out that said it had nothing to do with drain switch or pan. It was fine. Change thermostat. We did that and it's still the same issue. We have an appointment today between 3-6. Hopefully it can be resolved as Owner Oliver says. 10-1-2025.

My technician was so polite, I even told him he did not have to put those covers on his shoes but he insisted, I will say this company is lucky to have him working for them, thank you.

Matt, my consultant, was knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Have not yet decided if I will choose their services, but they are definitely in the running for my AC replacement.

Installers did a professional job detail and clean up was very good October 15th 2025 Wednesday was my first maintenance service Javier showed up with Ken his assistant Tech they inspected everything that was installed it all looks good thank you Oliver air for your service it's appreciated very polite and professional technicians

Javier was very professional while performing the AC tune up. He also took his time to be very thorough and informative. He explained everything very well and checked in multiple times if I had any questions. He was very respectful of the house and even took his time to clean up any dust that fell when accessing the units. He had recommended some suggested repairs which was supported by pictures and video. Hands down one of the best technicians to service the AC units.

Called early.morning as alarm went off and system dead. Matt showed up within a few hours and tested everything and able to order parts and get tech and installers here same day to fix! So personable, knowledgeable and very easy to talk through the issues. Highly recommend!
