Outstanding service from Javier! He was very thorough and highly professional, patiently taking the time to explain the system's operation. He provided a balanced, detailed assessment, informing me of potential issues while also noting how well other components were performing.

I've been happy with the level service provided by the Olive Air team. The service has always been on time and they communicative with respect to reminder as well as the service person walking in!

Javier is a regular at my house and I love his detailed walk through of the services and recommendations for improvement. He is very professional and a great communicator.

Matt serviced my HVAC system on January 5 for routine maintenance.
He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite.
Prior to his arrival, he called to inform me of his ETA, which was right in the estimated window
On his arrival he politely introduced himself, and explained what he was going to do. I noticed his shoe protectors to keep my house sanitary (much appreciated).
In addition, he provided before and after photos of the work that he did.
I will highly recommend Olive Air and Heating, and request Matt again.

Olive Air is the only HVAC servicer for us. We trust them because they are not only thorough, they sit and explain every inch of the work which includes photos of their findings. They try to work with you on pricing, permitting monthly payments if needed. You can tell they aren't trying to up sell, they want to fix the issue. This is our second time working with them. We'll always be customers. Their team is efficient and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Bought two brand new high efficiency air conditioners last year from KADEN with olive air and heating and have had the best experience so far, I continue to buy there yearly maintenance plan and would suggest them to anyone who is looking for honest and premium service.

Javier assisted with a warranty claim on our ac unit not powering on. He arrived early, was very communicative, found the issue and ordered the needed parts to fix it. Great service

Matt was the service technician, and was extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to talk to about my A/C and things that would be a benefit it in the long run. I would highly recommend Olive Air and Heating for any of your A/C needs now or in the future. They are capable, trustworthy and their pricing is more than reasonable.

Javier was awesome. He came to complete a follow up tune up and inspection. He was very thorough in his analysis of each AC unit with photos. Javier goes as far as explaining the intricate function of each AC unit and he shows you how you can save money on energy use. Javier offered us a very reasonable price for a thorough AC cleaning service that my units needed. I will definitely consider the cleaning service offer after the great service he provided.

Matt came and serviced 3 heat pumps and I believe he did a thorough job. Gave me several options from replacing to repairing. Found him to be very pleasant and hard working. It always cost more than you expect or want but believe he was reasonable. I have found Oliver the owner to be reasonable. He definitely does a great job in his training of his employees from the service work he does to the marketing!
