Javier arrived right within the scheduled time window, which I really appreciated. He got straight to work and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently, all while being remarkably quiet and respectful of my home. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit.

He explained everything and showed me pictures. He provide some great suggestions to avoid future issues and was just awesome. He didn’t try to upsell me - just let me know what his company offered. Kaden and Oliver showed up at our 55+ community craft fair a few weeks ago to introduce themselves to the neighborhood and did a fantastic job! Spent a ton of time with me and all the neighbors and ended up helping a ton of us winter visitors with much needed new trane systems (on no interest plans!)

The owner Ollie was very professional and so was the sale agent Kaden. They went above and beyond what was expected. They seen a problem and fixed it. They made the whole process easy and simple. Dave is a straight shooter. He wont upsell or perform unneeded repairs saving you a lot of money. This guy has integrity and has an educators heart. He will give you tips on how to reduce the strain on your unit and how to maximize comfort in your home based on your unit’s capacity. I can’t imagine going to somebody else and risking being lied to.

Dave helped us out when a previous contractor left us with no ac due to a leaking ac coil. Dave found a new coil and promptly installed the coil. His team is competent and efficient. He is honest and competitively priced. Will use him in the future.

Dave was great called him to schedule appointment for as soon as possible but instead he just came right over because he was already in the area. it took him longer than he thought it would but kept looking tell he figured it out. Dave is always a joy to be around no matter how busy or stressed he is always joking and in a great mood. He never overcharges or tries to you to pay for services you don't need. We were in an urgent situation when our A.C. suddenly stopped blowing cold air. After a home warranty contractor diagnosed it and claimed the newly replaced compressor was already shot, we felt stuck. That’s when we called Dave at All Pro AC for a quote on a full replacement.

Dave was in Flagstaff at the time but still made the commitment to come by that same evening, and he did. Instead of jumping straight into selling us a new unit, he offered to take a look at our existing system to see if there was anything he could do. Within 30 minutes, he identified the real issue and made the necessary adjustments. Just like that, our 28-year-old A.C. was running cold again!

We saved so much money with a quick repair. We've had bigger companies pushing to buy a new unit when they come out to do maintenance and if we had called them instead while our HVAC wasn't blowing as cold air as usual, they would have most likely manipulated us into debt.

Had another company out was told would take at least 2 weeks for parts or get a new system. . Called All pro late out of desperation. Spoke to Dave (owner) said he could be here at 5 am before his regular workday. At 6 am he was driving off and my AC is running like a top. He had the part on his truck. He saved me a lot of money. Very knowledgeable ,honest and reasonable. Never trying to upsell. He doesn't advertise all word of mouth,I found him thru Google reviews,over 20 plus years experience .He's old school like me.
