I’m the Logistics Coordinator over at Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical. We’ve partnered with Winsupply Inc. for the vast majority of our HVAC and plumbing part/supplies due to the ease of ordering and their delivery speed. The delivery drivers are friendly and quick and the sales desk people are prompt with answers or follow ups. Amanda, Greg, and Allen have all been exceedingly supportive with all of our orders and training classes on various equipment/parts.

When discussing terms with new, potential vendors or existing vendors, I regularly reference the quality and speed and Winsupply - they have set the standard for other suppliers to follow.

Darin Kelly was kind and very professional down to earth young man. He answered my questions and he wasn't pushy. We had a couple things that he felt needed to be taken care of and he was able to take care of them then and there.
