Had 3 units worked on. Advertisement was for $39.95 for tuneup. Was charged 39.95 for one unit and 69.95 for other 2 units. Coils where only rinsed off with plain water in one of units. No cleaner was used. Other 2 Coils had been cleaned with cleaner previous and didnt require being done. But tech still had no time to check 4th unit. Also still Need printed copy of results for my records. Still looking for 10% senior discount as advertised. Not real impressed

It was very suspicious that we had to call an AC Tech from another company to the house right after their visit for an estimate for insulation. The AC Tech that we called from a different company said a valve was broken valve. Never received the estimate either. Overall suspicious that they might have broken the valve.

I had a very poor experience with Ellsworth home services. I had a new AC installed was told by the salesman that they would evaluate the balance of the air in my home after completion of the new AC unit. I still have the same problem with airflow they came back and charged me Another $500 to put a home run to my master bedroom which made the problem worse although it fixed the problem in my bedroom it made half of my house unbearable. The technician came out and told me the problem was that I kept my babies door closed. I spoke to the owner and nothing was done was very disappointed with my service. Would recommend any other AC company besides Ellsworth home service

Don was excellent in explaining my system and possible need for insulation. There was no pressure. I would like to keep him as my technician in the future.

Stacy did a smooth job setting up a time that worked for me, and Darin was quick and efficient making sure the AC is setup for the coming heat.

They sent Martin out to take care of my mom’s house, and he did an amazing job. He arrived on time, was prompt and professional, quickly figured out the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. Highly recommend!

Donn Busch from Ellsworth Home Services was absolutely fantastic!!! I totally expected him to try to sell me a new unit immediately but instead he greatly educated me, took the time to patiently answer all my questions, AND repaired the existing unit at a fraction of the price! I appreciated him so much that I eagerly signed up for the maintenance program because of his excellent customer service & also the maintenance program made a lot of sense financially being that it is at a good price!

He also explained in detail what he was doing and he recommended a coil cleaning, which he did, it needed it badly.

I'm a struggling single mother. I found a coupon for an AC service under $40 in July, it was for what they call a 'tune up'. I called, scheduled easily and had the tech come out.

My AC simply was having a hard time clicking on in July. The tech checked it all out, said the AC unit was in good shape. I asked how often these tune ups should be done, he said twice per year. I was happy to have a coupon for under $40 for this tune up and had not had one done in years.

He determined the unit needed something else upwards of $400 (mind you this over a month ago and the AC is doing fine, he said keep it cooler, (I keep it at 82 usually but I was trying to set it at 84 while gone. He ended up not doing the $400 job (condensation build up), or the tune up and charged me $69 for an inspection. I never saw a quote or anything in writing for the work he determined was needed nor did I approve it or have him do it but I expected the tune up still. I havent heard back as to why the tune up was also not done. I feel duped. I feel like I paid the guy to make a sales call. Can I have the tune up done still? It was the $39 Tune Up that enticed me to use your company after all.
