I had my water heater replaced and the service was incredible! When my water heater started having problems i was immediately worried about it. But they gave me multiple options to fix it and had a fair price! They were on time, friendly, professional and treated my home like it was their own! My air conditioning went out in the middle of August. My home warranty company couldn't have anyone out for two days. I called Pineapple on a recommendation from a friend. John was able to come out that afternoon and spend time diagnosing the problem and talking it through with my home warranty company. He arranged to have my new unit installed the next day and he and his team worked until 7pm to make sure all was working ok. Great personal service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our air conditioner was blowing hot air. We called around to a few places and they couldn’t come out for a couple of days. Then I called Pineapple due to the 5 star rating he got. John was great! He came out at 9pm same day and fixed our unit within minutes. Definitely will recommend him and the company in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this business! They truly care about their customers. Last year, they fixed my AC, and when the same part went bad this year, they were out within 12 hours to fix it for free. Not only did they diagnose the underlying problem causing the issue, but they also contacted the manufacturer to secure a free replacement part under warranty. My AC was up and running again before my house even got hot. Exceptional service and dedication!
