I called Pineapple Air after reading excellent reviews on Yelp and Google. JP (the owner) came out the next day to diagnose my A/C unit and found (showed me) the coil leak. Because of the age of the unit (20 - 25 years old) he recommended a new A/C unit. He showed me (3 options) and the cost of each. After deciding to go ahead with the install, JP and crew came out the next day and installed the new A/C unit and thermostat. They tested all to be sure that everything was in working order. They cleaned up and made sure that all debris was removed.

I recently wanted to replace my central AC and heater system and contacted various vendors in the area for a quote. after getting a few quotes we choose Cooper Climate Control. From the moment I met Kendal I could sense a high degree of integrity, there was absolutely no sales pressure He didn't try to over sell us something we didn't need or wasn't appropriate for our home size. He took the time to educate us on various products and their warranties and what was best for our home. He is dependable, reliable and reasonably priced. Kendall was amazing, personable, knowledgeable and seemed to care about the customer.
Jose the lead installer and his crew were courteous and careful and did a pristine installation. The system works perfectly and Jose made sure I knew how to operate the new unit and that all of my questions were answered.

Kendall and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Kendall came and checked out our original 24yr old system and ducting in the attic. He then explained what can be improved in detail. That weekend he emailed several option quotes. He took the time to answer all of our questions in depth without any bias. He was informative and educational and we felt like we made an informed decision after consulting with him. Kendall's team of installers were top notch, the lead Jose is great. At the end of the job all old equipment was hauled away and our house was left clean and extra cool! We are very pleased with the choices we made hiring Cooper Climate Control and the unit we had installed, along with all the improved ducting work, which was all completed in 1 day. We will use Cooper Climate Control for yearly maintenance moving forward, reasonably priced.

Cooper Climate Control is an awesome business! From start to finish, Kendall kept me informed of everything he was doing. They installed my new air conditioner today. All of the employees were polite, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in perfect condition.
I called last week and they were able to fit me in right away! They showed up on time, absolutely zero hidden costs. They also gave me quotes for three different units so that I could find something that fit my budget. I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control!

We had a few quotes for a new AC/Heatpump. Of all the companies that we had over Kendall was the most efficient and clear with everything that needed to be done, from his first visit, to one of his employees scoping the job out and the instalation. When it came down to picking the right company, Coopers reviews convinced us that they were the one we wanted to have a working relationship with. The instalation was completed without any issues and the crew were very organized and friendly. We highly recommend Cooper Climate Control.

Kendall came to evaluate our old A/C system and was thorough. He laid out all our options clearly and had quotes for each option. He explained in easy to understand terms each option, the benefits and limitations of each option, and answered our questions in detail. His crew was on time and installed both units within two days. Kendall’s attention to details was evident when he prepared the paperwork for the rebates for installing the new unit and walked through the steps to file the rebate and register for the warranty. They were courteous, careful, and cleaned up afterward, which made my wife extremely happy! Kendall was responsive when a rattle showed up in one day after installation. In less than 30 minutes his crew found and resolved the rattle caused by an extra o-ring that was loose on the tubing. Cooper Climate Control was professional, courteous, and a joy to do business with. I highly recommend them and would hire them again to install a new A/C system. Their customer service was outstanding in what seems to be a current culture where customer service is forgotten.

Kendall and his team were fantastic! Our AC went out on Tuesday night and they sent someone over Wednesday afternoon to look at it and diagnose the issue. After looking at it, it was determined the best option for us would be to get a new unit. Kendall went through everything with me in a very detailed manner and answered every question I had. The turn around time was extremely fast and they had the new unit installed by Friday afternoon. Cooper Climate Control is hands down the best HVAC company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in AZ and we will continue to give them our business and recommend them to our friends! After weeks of shopping around for AC companies, we found the most reasonable for our budget and also what was on offer. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism from Kendall and his team. They worked well alongside us and overall we were satisfied with the team.

Pros:
Offered a return as part of their service, more affordable total cost compared to other companies and worked in a tidy and fast fashion. I was also impressed with how thorough Kendall was when it came to SRP rebate paperwork and also the after service of the installation, ensuring we had no problems.

Cons:
Found the receptionist a little abrupt over the phone (but she was nicer later on), they didn’t confirm with us where the return needed to go which caused us to patch up the dry wall to which we then had to fork out $400 of our own to repaint the ceiling.

Overall I highly recommend the company!

We chose these guys after meeting with Kendall and couldn’t be happier. We chose two variable speed units from Trane. They installed them both in one day which was nice. Love how quiet they are and they’re already saving me money. Kendall helped us with all the rebates too. Kendall was great!

Kendall was at my home to diagnose my problem within 20 minutes of my initial call! He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell me within minutes what the problem was with my unit (meanwhile another company we had used prior was not even returning my phone calls).

Kendall is extremely professional and followed through promptly with 100% of things he said he was going to do. Reuben and his team of technicians were also extremely professional and did a fantastic job installing our new units. Kendall even popped in throughout the day to ensure everything was running smoothly and thoroughly explained how to use everything after the work was completed.

We were shopping around for a new AC system as ours was old and leaked Freon. Had 8 vendors come out to give quotes. Kendall went through all the options of different units available and had the best price on brand name equipment out of everyone that came out. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. CCC team installed the unit and Kendall made sure it was done properly. The new system is much more efficient and works great. We have been using Cooper Climate Control for years for service and have been very happy. When it was time to replace our unit, we obtained three quotes. Cooper CC's quote was thousands lower for a better unit than both other estimates and so was the quote for ductwork. Kendall Cooper took the time to explain everything they would do and was able to explain and help us with his rebate and tax credit knowledge. After we selected Cooper, their team was there to do the installation two days later, and was efficient, clean and effective. Then Kendall helped us with the (very complicated) SRP rebate paperwork. Kendall was not a high pressure salesperson AT ALL! He took his time educating us on the options. We asked for his opinions. We trusted his thought process. He is very knowledgeable and clearly committed to helping customers.
When Kendall enters the house, he puts fabric booties over his shoes to keep floors clean. When the installers came, they too had booties on their feet and also laid tarps on the floor where they would travel with equipment through the house to the furnace room. They vacuumed and cleaned the area before leaving. Kendall provided the APS paperwork and completed it with us to get the rebate. He made everything super easy.
He gave simple clear instructions for us to go online and register for the Trane Warranty. The entire team at Cooper is customer focused - starting from Kendall. Wow! Who knew replacing a furnace/AC unit could be such a positive experience! We have 2 more units in our house. When it’s time to replace, we will ABSOLUTELY go to Cooper Climate Control!

During the estimating process for a replacement home HVAC system, Kendall walked me through their recommendations and took time to answer my questions over the course of several days. The proposal was detailed and thorough. They were accommodating in scheduling around our commitments at proposal and installation.

Cooper Climate Control replaced two heat pump systems in our two-story home in June 2024. Needless to say, it is an expensive and involved undertaking, and we wanted the job done correctly, within our budget, and soon (the downstairs heat pump was no longer functional at all). Kendall Ryan and his installation team were top-notch professionals start to finish! Kendall helped us select the right-size units for our house (upstairs and downstairs), and because Cooper is an authorized Trane dealer, we were able to benefit from an upfront Trane rebate. Kendal is very knowledgeable of the equipment specifications and answered ALL of our questions, mindful in every aspect to meet our needs. He offered 3 different performance/cost system options, and in no way pressured us for a sale. Kendall was very clear about the replacement process. After signing a contract, the team came out for scoping and planning purposes in advance, so that the installation could be accomplished in ONE day (two new air-handlers in the attic, two new condenser units located outside, and two new thermostats). Our limited attic space required a tight configuration for two air handlers, which they accomplished in a clean and orderly layout and even added a floor board between the units to stand on. Additionally, some duct work was optimized in the attic for better cooling in a southwest bedroom that was always too warm, the main return duct size for the downstairs was increased to improve airflow, and all new and existing duct collars at the plenum were sealed. Pre-repair and post-repair static pressure tests and duct leakage readings indicated significant improvements. That same week, Cooper Climate Control added blown-in insulation to our attic, as well as air sealed and insulated all knee walls. The team was prepared, efficient, clean, and provided before and after photos. There were no surprise additional costs or complications.
I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control! The planning and installation services went smoothly, and we are definitely much more comfortable in our home. Kendall was excellent about communicating the technical aspects of the equipment and installation. His team is organized, courteous, efficient, and handled a complicated installation with competency and care. He always arrived on-time and would contact us if any small delays occurred.
One key reason we selected Cooper Climate Control was that they work directly with the SRP Cool Cash Rebate Team. Kendall provided us with all the equipment and efficiency readings needed for the Cool Cash application, making sure in-advance that all criteria would by met, and followed-through quickly to address any additional details. (SRP is very specific and strict about what is needed to qualify for their rebate programs!) Cooper provided us all the needed information for the SRP Duct Test and Repair Rebate application, regarding the work details and required performance measurements. Because Cooper is an SRP qualified contractor, they directly submitted the Home Insulation Rebate application for that home upgrade. Integrity is key with Cooper Climate Control; they follow the rebate program requirements to the letter! We qualified for all the SRP rebates because of their diligence and adherence to the process.

I just had my a/c maintenance completed by Kendall. After 2 years very pleased with system & continued service from Cooper Climate Control.

Great value, too, for brand name high quality products. Kendall suggested a new master bedroom air return that has been a great addition! I just had a new A/C system installed for the upstairs of my home. It’s like another half the house is livable again in the hot, AZ summers! Kendall and his team at Cooper Climate Control were great to work with from start to finish! I highly recommend them the next time you need your system serviced or replaced.

Cooper Climate Control was our second call after being quoted an insane amount by another company. From the beginning of the process to the end it was an absolute breeze. Kendall came out and checked the system out and found more issues than initially quoted by the other company. He sent out his team who did a great job on the initial repair and we were able to fully fix the system as well as add insulation. The work was done quickly, cleanly and thoroughly! Ultimately 4 comments were replaced on the Hvac system, a new wiring system installed, two new registers installed in our home and over 23 inches of insulation added. I can already feel a difference!
