Cooper Climate Control is a 10-star company. I contacted Cooper Climate Control for an estimate on a new air conditioner. April was my first contact person with the company. She answered my questions and set me up with an appointment to talk to the owner Kendall. April, being the professional and friendly person that she is, will either answer the phone right away, or she will call back asap, or text the same day. Great customer service. Kendall came out and completed a thorough inspection, including photos of my attic air handler and ductwork. I was very impressed. I also asked about moving my attic hatch, which is in my master bedroom closet, to the hallway. He told me that was a possibility.
Today is the day of my install. My installers, Alex, Jesus and Orlando, took such good care of my home. Regarding the ceiling hatch: Alex explained that as long as there are no pipes or running wires the hatch can be opened in the hallway. No pipes, no wiring! And no more going through my closet to get into the attic. The hatch is also closer to the air handler unit. Looks great. The installation of my new air conditioning unit went so smoothly. Alex explained each process to me and had no problem answering my many questions. He and his crew are easy to talk to and they are not only polite, but professional. They made sure everything was clean and spotless before they left. The price for my Trane unit was better than I expected. Kendall helped me save with SRP's rebate program by walking me through the paperwork. I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control. I will be recommending them to my friends. Gina Greene

Great team from Kendall to installation team. They were very professonal and were always on time. After the installation was done, they showed me and my wife pictures of what they did. Showed us how to use the new thermostat. The whole process from the sale to the installation was seamless. I would recommend them for all my heating and airconditioning needs.

We decided to replace our entire A/C system because the old one seemed to be approaching the stage of us needing to spend money to repair a system that was not very efficient and environmentally friendly. Also, there are incentives available through both tax credits and SRP rebates. We got a list of recommended companies from SRP and had 3 of them come out to give quotes. We had a favorable impression of all 3 and the final cost to us was fairly close.

The reasons for us choosing Cooper Climate was based on our impression of Kendall Cooper as someone who was knowledgeable, cared about providing the best overall workmanship and experience for his customers, and feeling that he was a completely honest businessman. He also had the best ratings from BBB, although all 3 companies had decent ratings.

We are so happy that we chose him. The work was done quickly, well, and the workers left everything clean and put back in place.
We couldn’t recommend him any more highly.

Everyone at Cooper Climate Control was helpful and respectful. From the initial scheduling, to the inspection and the install I felt taken care of and guided. After showing me photos of the existing duct work and insulation Kendall gave me proposals. Withing a week of accepting the install was scheduled and the team came out and got everything done as requested. Completed work photos were reviewed and everything was cleaned up before the install team left. Will definitely recommend them for any AC or insulation needs of my friends.

Great experience overall! We were in need for a solution to some super high energy bills, and Kendall made an honest and thorough assessment of our situation. We got multiple quotes based on personal recommendations from our realtor- no one came close to the workmanship or price of Cooper. 10/10- we replaced 4 systems that were 30 years old with top of the line Trane.

The short version: Kendall, the owner, clearly is an honest, no-pressure businessman who takes pride in his team's work. We paid a fair price for excellent service, and our home is now significantly quieter and more comfortable. (My last name is Cooper but we're not related. I found them on Google.)

The long version: We couldn't be happier with our experience replacing our heat pump with Cooper Climate Control. Kendall took the time to measure pressures and temperatures in every room, ask about how each room feels and diagnose why one section of the house wasn't cooling properly. He thoroughly explained his findings with photos, and he provided a menu of options for replacing the heat pump, adding additional returns, adjusting supply ducts and adding insulation.

The price quote was transparent and in line with the two others I got, but it also included more duct work to improve airflow. Unlike the other companies I called, I never felt pressured and got a fair price upfront ... no wheeling and dealing, "let me call my manager" stuff from Cooper.

The heat pump hasn't even been installed for a month and I've already recommended Cooper to two friends.

I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control. I researched pricing and quotes for the better part of a year and Kendall came in with the best pricing and for a better product line. The install crew was professional and very clean never left a mess. They worked diligently to squeeze new equipment into a pretty tight space and did a very clean install with everything. They were working with some new upgraded and unfamiliar equipment which gave them some challenges to be expected. They worked hard to get the bugs worked out and we're very happy with our end product. We would use them again without hesitation.

Cooper Climate Control did a great job with replacing our two AC units and installing new insulation in our home. They kept us informed during all steps of the process and were always on time. All members of the Cooper team were very responsive to questions and were very pleasant to work with. Having surveyed other companies in our project, we found Cooper’s prices to be very competitive and extensive of all rebates offered. Wonderful company with great people! We called Kendall at Cooper Climate Control to help us look into solving a hot room problem for one of our bedrooms. He did a thorough review and inspection and gave us several options to fix it. In the end we have very old units and decided to fix everything at once including new units. We priced out several companies and Cooper Climate was very competitive but also just seemed to have the most knowledge. Kendall is very communicative and explained all the steps in detail to us up front with pictures and examples. It was so helpful to fully know what was going to be done. On top of it all the install went great - 2 units and insulation all done in 1 day!!!! Amazing job! At the end he gave us all the paperwork for filing for all the rebates - super easy. Also everyone we interacted with were just a pleasure to work with - kind and helpful all around. Highly recommend!

The installation team, led by Alex, was fantastic. The day before the install, Alex came out for an assessment to familiarize himself with the space. On installation day, Alex and his two crew members arrived early, took great care to protect the furniture and flooring, and worked diligently throughout the day. Despite the cramped attic, they completed the job in just one day. Alex even went the extra mile to redirect the plenum and add dampers to improve airflow, ensuring there wouldn’t be any cold or hot spots in the house. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and dedication.

The following day, Kendall returned to review the warranty and provide all the necessary SRP rebate paperwork.

Great service. Kendall gave a straightforward quote and explained the options well, and their price was competitive. The install team was very professional and did an excellent job. We had another company install the exact same unit a few years earlier so we were able to compare installs, these guys did a better and more careful job!
