JP and his staff went the extra mile (and beyond) to get me up and running when my AC went out. Response time was almost immediate, price incredibly fair and great follow up to make sure everything was working correctly. Great service - I highly recommend them!

I contacted Pineapple Air for a pre-summer service check on my house HVAC. AC system didn't feel like it was running up to par. JP from Pineapple Air came by and ran an analysis confirming some warranty work and refrigerant recharge. He also took the time to show test results and what the outputs should be. Repairs were done quickly and system was up and running normally.

Our AC stopped working on a 110 degree day in August. I called several other companies who didn't pick up or respond, and one told me the soonest they could have someone come look would be 2 weeks later. I found Pineapple and spoke to John, and he was at the house within a few hours. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our system, and we were able to sleep comfortably that night. I was very impressed by his commitment to his customers and his professionalism. I'll be using Pineapple for all of our future service and repairs.

The folks at Pineapple Air really wowed me with their service. The repair that I needed had a lot of roadblocks and they worked through them with me diligently. They were concerned about saving me money which was another reason for me to feel good about doing business with them. I would highly recommend these folks and will continue doing business with them in the future!

I'll start off this review by saying I've had nothing but an amazing and superb experience from the start to finish. I called to get an inspection and JP answered and was very thorough and professional. His employees are very punctual and on time. Chino the install manager came exactly on time with his helpers. Our AC is blowing cold air and helping us get through this heat wave. They also provided education regarding how to maximize the longevity of our Air conditioning unit. Thank you once again and I appreciate all the hard work.

My indoor AC blower had stopped working so I shopped around and found Pineapple Air had great reviews. I called to schedule a service and John came out the very next day to inspect the AC. Within 20 mins he had told me the problem and asked if I wanted it to be repaired or go for a full replacement due to the system being almost 30 years old. He layed out the prices for each and I elected to repair it for now and they came back in two days with the special order parts and quickly fixed the unit and had my house feeling cool again immediately. Both John and his helper were extremely professional and kept me updated along the way and I would definitely choose them again for future work . If you need honest, professional, and quality HVAC work done then these are your guys.

I highly recommend Pineapple Air! The owner JP came out and did the estimate and had his crew in the next day replacing our AC unit. They were respectful, efficient, and friendly. The price was better than the other companies we got estimates from and JP was honest with what we needed and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also came out 2 days after the unit was installed to do a quick inspection to make sure everything looked good. We will definitely use him in the future!

I highly recommend this company. My A/C went out on both of my floors in my two story house. I called my home warranty company Sweet Mountain air which were very unprofessional and unresponsive. They came out for a whole 15 minutes. Never came inside and said it was fixed and it was not. I called them for 5 days straight and no return calls or texts. It was upwards of 90 degrees in my house and 120 degrees outside. So I took it upon myself and reached out to Pineapple Air. Frank was great. He came out fast,, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, made sure every was working before he left my property. Very professional & kind. Most of all they don't take advantage of you. Prices are reasonable & affordable. A lifesaver to my family. I will definitely be sending referrals when my friends & family need service- 5 stars

What an unbelievable company! When there are so many options for a/c repair, we feel so grateful that we stumbled upon Pineapple Air. One of our a/c’s stopped working on a Friday afternoon leading up to the holiday weekend. To call up and hear a friendly, professional, and reassuring voice on the other end of the phone was priceless. And then to hear that they could come out in just a few hours was unexpected. They not only came out to assess the situation after they finished their other jobs for the day, but had the necessary parts on hand and stayed until 8pm to fix it so that we could sleep in a cool house. They were so professional and explained things every step of the way. There is no other choice if we ever need help with our air conditioners again!

I called for a quote for replacement of a whole AC system on Saturday night around 6pm and asked for his soonest available time for a quote. JP was able to come that same night a few hours later after all his other calls. The customer service was excellent and JP was very informative and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a new unit that same night, and they were able to get it installed on Monday. The installation guy, Bill, was friendly and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up well after he was finished. The AC unit has been working great and the Ecobee thermostat they installed is a great feature! We used to have to set our thermostat to 71 in order to keep the hot master bedroom cool enough to sleep in, but now we keep it at 76 while we're home and 74 when we sleep. It's been one week since installation and we've never had to go below 74. This will save us a ton of money in the long run! Great experience with Pineapple Air.. highly recommended!

First time getting our HVAC system checked since moving into this house before Summer starts. I was able to quickly get an appointment and JP showed up on time even earlier than expected but reached out to make sure that was ok. He suggested some fixes and we also discussed options for upgrading our system down the road. He was very informative and was able to make the suggested repairs right then. Highly recommend.

John is absolutely incredible. I had an emergency and he came out instantly, looked at all my units (5,00sft house) had all parts on hand, did an EXCELLENT job in such amazing time. We will only be using him moving forward. I can not express how wonderful his service, friendliness and professionalism was! Thank you SO much.

Hands down best service and customer care. Our A/C went out so we called Pineapple air, they came out that night and had us up and running in no time. Disaster averted and we were able to get a good (cool) nights rest thanks to JP and crew.

Pineapple Air did an amazing job with our AC and furnace replacement. John, the owner, Gunner and Chino were all amazing to work with. John was extremely quick to respond and we cannot thank him enough for getting our AC replaced after it broke in the middle of AZ Summer. Gunner and Chino did a great job and made sure everything was up and running before they left. Thanking my lucky stars that I found Pineapple Air!!

After being blown off by my usual repair company (had been with them for 15 years and now they've gotten so big, customer service is no longer important) I called Pineapple A/C when my A/C unit was acting up. JP and the crew were out the very next day! (the other company was going to be 2 weeks and I was a preferred customer!?) I decided to replace the unit after hearing JP's diagnosis. He found the right unit for my house and never tried to up-sell me or add services that I didn't need. Installation was the very next day!!! The install guys were very professional and did a great job. Even left the worksite cleaner then when they arrived.

We used Pineapple for our new A/C unit. They were amazing!!! The owner scheduled us the very next day after I called for the estimate. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He made making such a big purchase much less painful than I was prepared for. He had us scheduled the next for the install! Chino and Gunner were also fantastic! They were were friendly and patient with my kiddo being home while they worked. They were also incredibly knowledgeable. Pineapple installed the new A/C unit, installed new duct work and added a return for a very good price. We highly recommend them and will be using them for years to come!

JP at Pineapple is the best! Not only is he the owner, but he himself makes service calls and does field work which just speaks to his dedication.
We called them when our AC started blowing hot in the middle of July and they came out and took a look the same day,and had us up and running again within 24 hours.
They were quick to respond, very informative and kept us updated as the work was completed.
Highly recommend them for anyone needing AC work done; fair prices and great people!
