First off Margret who took my initial call was amazingly quick to get me scheduled for a SAME DAY appointment! They sent me a picture of tech that would be arriving which I thought was so wonderful and great for safety.
The tech who arrived Pete was great, very friendly and professional. Explained everything to me that was happening and needed to be done.
Will defiantly be using this company for my up keep and maintenance

wonderful workers, who stayed on the roof to fix my AC unit. had many problems with the unit for 59 days, until Valley Wide came in to take care of it. I'm on a fixed income and they worked with me it get it fixed. thanks for the help service technician who spent 4 plus hour on the roof. I love the cold air that it is now proved me now. Had a great experience with valley wide. They were very professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and working hard to get things fixed quickly! My tech even went above and beyond by helping me chase my dog around the neighborhood after he got out. He ran around in the summer heat for over 5 minutes trying to catch him and was able to get the dog back in the house. Super grateful for everything!

Honestly there are hardly any companies like Valleywide Cooling anymore. Third visit to my house and this time to install a new unit. Great experience with the friendliest staff ever. I didnt get the 2 techs names as I left while the install was going on but they were awesome! The whole company were super friendly and responsive. After our AC btoke in the middle of a 115+ heatwave tjis summer and reading several excellent reviews & notes on Reddit in the middle of the night, worried if we could even afford it, l called ValleyWide litterally 1st thing in the morning. BOY!!! Were those reviews & notes spot on!!
They had someone over to the house that morning!! We knew our compressor was dead after babying it along for the last two previous summers & HORRIBLE experiences with our home warranty company. Enough was enough.
Jim was excellent with communication & l was able to provide him with photos & info. Before he even arrived, he had given me a fantastic, fair bid for full replacement & could have it done
the next day. I was extreemly suprised by not only the pricing (excellent!) but also by their professionalism, knowledge & work ethic.
As Murphy is alive & well, the day of instal was of course The Great Haboob which hit right in the middle of it. The guys from ValleyWide stayed on, working until 9.30pm to get as much done as possible, returning the next morning to finish up.
Everything was up & working by that afternoon. Follow up calls, checking on progress, updates, a final walk through...all done with excellence!
We can not say enough about what a good experience, given it is one of thr things all homeowners in Phoenix dread, we had working with ValleyWide!

I can't say enough good about our experience with Valleywide Cooling. Our A/C was leaking and flooded the upstairs and down through the ceiling into our main floor laundry room. We had to shut down both units. Our property managers contacted Valleywide Cooling and Margaret called me immediately. Being 110° outside our home was 95° and unbearable. Margaret was able to fit us in after juggling their already overbooked schedule. Billy showed up by 7pm and had us up and running within 30 minutes. He was so friendly and showed us photos of what he found and explained everything. Margaret called this morning to make sure everything was working. Top notch service. They went above and beyond and I will never use anyone else. I highly recommend Valleywide Cooling. You can't find a more reputable company IMHO.

On Saturday, both of our 19 yo 3.5 ton AC units quit. By Monday we had four quotes, and Valleywide Cooling had the best price for quality units. By the end of day one, one new AC unit was up and running and by mid day on day two, both AC units were up and running. The lead installation tech (Richard Flores) was amazing! He went above and beyond, kept us informed, exceeded expectations w quality workmanship and service, and was exceptionally professional and kind. Thank you Valleywide!

We had our AC begin to leak water and were in need of service. Our neighbor had recently replaced their entire unit and recommended Valleywide because they had a wonderful experience with them. After our service call, I can absolutely see why they came highly recommended. When we called for service we quickly reached Margaret at the front off who was amazing! She was sweet, friendly and incredibly helpful. They offered us same day service and also followed up to make sure our appointment had gone well. Our technician Pete was prompt, kind and resolved our issue quickly. I’ve dealt with many small businesses over the years and Valleywide is definitely at the top for the best. We were very very happy with the entire process. They are great start to finish and we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

Ok, Salt River Valley & Phoenix Metro dwellers; here comes some Good News for you....My wife & I had a very positive experience with our GOODMAN Package Heat Pump install by the GREAT team @ ValleyWide Cooling (in Gilbert) for our home in Sunland Village in Mesa. Starting with Jimmy (my now favorite former-New Yorker :) who walked us through the process with great care (& patience given all our Q?s); he did a thorough site visit & walk-thru at our home, then gave us a great quote, while informing us of SRP & Federal rebates we would receive with the purchase. And back at the ValleyWide office, Miss Margaret did a great job explaining the quote, the payment process, setting up the date for the install, & keeping us up-to-date on everything with emails & texts. The install team & crane came right on time, removed our old unit, installed our new GOODMAN Heat Pump unit with great care & respect for our home & property. Jimmy came by during the latter stages of the install & walked us through how the system works, while demonstrating all the cool features of our new Honeywell Wi-Fi Thermostat that runs the system. And, our new system runs well, is quiet & should last for 20+ years. ValleyWide will also come for a system check-up after a couple of weeks of operation, with very reasonably-priced, yearly service checks over the next several years.Peace of mind for my wife & I. I found it to be a great experience dealing with Valleywide . They installed a new Ac. From the initial salesman to installation to after inspection it was seamless. Margaret, co-ordinated all appointments and was immediately available for any questions. I chose this company because they are a smaller business and I felt more personalized and they had great reviews with BBB as well as Yelp.

If I could give more stars I would. Came home today and it was 95 IN HOUSE (yay AZ heat!) my now ex warranty people were telling me 3 days. Called Valley Wide on recommendation of a neighbor. They were here in under 2 hours fixed the issue and rate charged was very reasonable!!!

We had unknowingly had after market motor put on and they left the wires on the outside of the unit. The service manager did offer to come fix the wires due to we have animals and since these are live wires that can pose serious hazards if the wires fray I’m just floored that they do not have a policy of extending the wires to keep them safe. I got “educated” that they have done it this way for 35 years! I opted to have my husband resolve the issue and not have them come out again due to, yes, we were upset but definitely not vulgar in any way but I definitely didn’t want to invite this company back into my home after being told we were wrong.

I can’t believe that they don’t extra wire on the truck to extend the “short wires” that come on the after market motors to prevent the potential electrical hazard when doing the initial job! This seems just lazy to me.

We experienced issues with our heating/cooling system and contacted Valleywide Cooling for advice and assistance. A gentleman was on-site to evaluate incredibly quick. His analysis was shared in terms we understood and we requested the correction asap due to our booked travel plans. The very next day we greeted a crew and supervisor at breakfast time. Amazingly, they had the entire replacement system on their truck. They immediately began the retrofit and had made arrangements for a crane truck to remove the old equipment and install the new. This was the mark of professionalism and customer service! The entire retrofit was completed and functioning by early afternoon. We were absolutely impressed with the knowledge and experience of this Team. They kindly explained their actions with a smile and a pleasant attitude. We found the pricing to be very competitive and the service was priceless! Valleywide Cooling has earned the Number One position on our speed dial should we need professional service.

From the moment I talked to the secretary Margaret until Jonathan came out to give me an estimate. It was a pleasure. I would recommend this company to anyone. Outstanding service, honesty, and integrity

I can’t say enough good things about Valleywide Cooling. They came out and fixed an issue with my HVAC system that the original installer, Semper Fi, tried to charge me $1,100 for—even though the problem was clearly covered under warranty.

Valleywide didn’t play games. They were honest, knowledgeable, and handled everything the right way. No pressure, no upselling, just straight integrity and professional workmanship. They took the time to explain what was going on, confirmed it should be covered, and made it right.

In an industry where trust is everything, Valleywide stands out. If you want a company that actually does the right thing and treats customers with respect, this is the team to call. I’ll be using them from here on out and recommending them to everyone I know.

I wanted to write this a few months ago but got side tracked. So sorry for the delay. I would give them a 6 star if it was possible. I purchased an AC unit from Valleywide Cooling back in July 2025 for a rental. Decided to go with them after calling around and got a bad taste in my mouth with other companies. Margret (the office lady) was wonderful. She is very friendly, patient, understanding and clear. Her follow up with details was beyond expected. Jimmy the tech was very patient in explaining to me what is being done. And very patient and nice with my many many calls and questions. He constantly kept me in loop with updates and photos. And was very genuine with his knowledge and didn't try to upsale. And they were very good with a free follow up appt 5 months later to make sure the heating part was working correctly. They took alot of stress off my overwhelming task of an AC replacement. I highly recommend them.

Recently, we had to make one of those big long term homeowner investments replacing our air conditioning units. Our home has two units, both of which had been regularly maintained by Valleywide Cooling since we moved in back in 2016. Over the years, their pricing has always been fair, their technicians knowledgeable, and their customer service consistently solid.
When it came time to replace the units, I followed my rule of thumb and obtained three bids. Valleywide not only came in as the most competitive option, but they also delivered the highest level of professionalism and transparency. One company quoted us between 24,000 to 30,000, another between 20,000 to 28,000, while Valleywide offered multiple options ranging from approximately 17,000 to 24,000 for both units. They also clearly explained higher end options without pressure, walking us through the real differences so we could make an informed decision.
We ultimately chose a mid tier Goodman system, a two stage 17 SEER setup, which Valleywide explained thoroughly. In recent years, Goodman has proven to be a solid, reliable brand, and while some brands like Trane or Carrier may cost more, we did not feel the added bells and whistles justified the premium.
Jonathan initially came out for the first estimate, followed by Jimmy, who provided a more detailed bid and did an outstanding job explaining everything. He even helped clarify what other companies were offering and how it compared, something I truly appreciated.
Installation was handled over a weekend by Richard, who was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. His attention to detail was impressive. He even stayed an extra day to make sure everything was done perfectly. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about Valleywide’s standards.
Throughout the entire process, every question was answered promptly, and any follow ups were handled with ease. The communication was excellent from start to finish.
I highly recommend Valleywide Cooling. And a special shout out to Margaret, the office manager. She is fantastic. Super kind, attentive, and always on top of follow ups. She truly makes sure customers are taken care of.
We will absolutely continue using Valleywide for as long as they are around. Trusted, professional, and genuinely customer focused.

Javier and others did a great job on my installation requests. They added a new return plenum, a new air return vent and supply vent in my master bedroom. Friendly service and more reasonable price than quoted by other companies. Looking forward to the bi-annual maintenance!
