So glad I found Gilbert water softeners. Will took care of our job and was incredible to work with. Super courteous, very tidy, and professional. Also, we compared several quotes in these guys were by far the most competitive. You’re not going be compromising quality by moving forward with them, same equipment, incredible service and precision.

We contacted Gilbert Water Softeners and had a Waterdrop G3P600 Reverse Osmosis System installed. Will Allen came out and was conscientious and friendly. I thought about installing the system myself but glad that I did not attempt it as it was not as easy as I had imagined. Some adaptions had to be made and Will had all the tools necessary to complete the job and did so quickly. I would highly recommend them !

These guys are great! Very professional, and super personable. High quality work and efficient! Will worked on the install for me, great communication, explained everything really well and made sure I was okay with everything he was doing! If you have plumbing needs I would 100% recommend!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! I was reminded when they would be coming. They let me know when they were on their way. The technicians were all around professionals (shout out to Cody Jensen) Installed 64K water softer and whole home filtration. All done in about 3 hours. Super clean work!
Payment was easy and straight forward. They outbid everyone in the East Valley. Not to mention the company is veteran owned.

The guys came an hour early. Constantin explained in detail what he was going to do. They performed the work meticulously, including talking about equipment lifetimes and replacement costs. Andrew was helpful as well and was very attentive. Would use you folks again!

I live in Adora Trails and my bathroom faucet wouldn't shut off. I tried to fix it myself and it was a total failure! I called Water Rehab and Daniel was at my house within 30 minutes. 4 hours ahead of schedule! He gave a me a price and I was happy with it and then fixed it within 30 minutes! So happy thank you Daniel and Water Rehab!!

Wonderful service and Daniel was great. They installed a new garbage disposal, serviced my reverse osmosis system and home water filtration system. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Installers were late with no contact until I called the office for update. They installed a garbage disposal just fine, then a secondary 10 minute task was completed and was charged another $133!!
I will not use their company again.

Nothing but great things to say about our experience with Kane today. He took care of our annual water filter replacement that we have been enjoying for a few years now. Then just in conversation I asked about other services they offer and what he would recommend we do next to improve our houses quality. He suggested that he replace our main water shutoff valve. I knew it needed to be done at some point and he offered to do it for me and would give me a good deal due to him already being here for the filter. He got that done quickly and that was it. Nice repeat experience and I would never go anywhere else. Thanks Kane again for all your hard work.

Water rehab is an amazing company. Constantine is friendly and professional. A few months ago he installed a tankless water heater for us and it is amazing!

Then tonight we had an emergency plumbing issue with a faucet and he was able to come out within 30 minutes and fix the problem!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone for your plumbing needs!

Constantin came out and evaluated my 10 year old system. I was pleased to find out that it was working very well for its age. He provided costs for rehabbing or replacing the unit when the time comes however he was not trying to sell me something I didn’t need now. I greatly appreciate honesty and professionalism!!

They were on time and quick. I was happy with the price for the service, and generally have been when I’ve used them before. The tech even did a little something extra for no charge. I have consistently used them for personal and business for a couple years now, and I will continue as long as things remain like this.
