Saved the day! After the previous plumber assigned by our home warranty company bailed on us while having an active leak and water shut off seized at a drip open, the claim was transferred to AHS. They came out immediately same day, fixed the leak and got our claim rolling. Replaced our shut off, restoring our water after it being off for almost a week! Coming tomorrow to replace our water heater. So thankful for the kid, diligent office staff and Elijah for taking care of us.

Plugged Kitchen sink...came without proper tool to clean drain & actually told me to drive to Lowes (43 miles) & pay $50 for a small auger (he didn't have) & do it myself...I thought that's why I hired a plumber???

Anytime Home Service called me within 15 minutes to schedule. They put me on the schedule for next day, 6-11 on a holiday. Great company. Manuel was awesome! Professional van, clean and smiling when he arrived. Manuel was a great communicator and let me know what he was doing and why the entire time. Thank you for the fantastic service Manuel!

My guest shower was leaking from the 2nd floor onto my first floor townhome. I have had the worst possible experience one can have with a plumber. The plumber, Kevin, was very rude and not communicative what so ever. He replaced the rubber seal and left without even testing the shower to see if the leak was fixed.

About a week and a half later I discovered the shower was still leaking. When I called to let Anytime Home Svcs know I was met with facts: plumber has 30 year tenure and never has had a job recalled. That was not my experience. I told the staff that I was not comfortable with this plumber and requested a different one. I was told their only other plumber was out till 11/11. I caved and said fine send Kevin back.

11/3 came back to my home and was there for 15 minutes. In this time he tried recreating the leak. We ran water from the shower and listened below. I told Kevin that the leak doesn’t show immediately. He was not willing to wait. He immediately just said I have to get the shower taken out. Never stuck around to see where the leak was coming from.

And sure enough the leak started again shortly after he left, and the wood by the drain and piping was wet. Kevin would have saw this had he exercised patience and waited a little while longer. I was not asking for much. I called and texted the cell phone number Kevin called me from less than 5 minutes after he left, no answer. I called the office and they told me that Kevin said the shower would need to be replaced. How would Kevin know this? He didn’t see the leak.

I clearly need help to fix this issue and Anytime Home Services does care to get the issue truly resolved. The customer service is greatly lackluster. Save yourself some time. The job they do is rushed and they will defend their staffs shoty work before they help you get anything resolved.

Fast response and excellent service. They handled the repair efficiently and the pricing was fair. Very satisfied with the work!

This company gave me an ETA of 11:00 am to 3pm and never turned up. I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail, which was full and would not accept a message. In my case, it was a waste of time because I had to wait all day for no one to show up. Mayebt he case would be different for someone else, but I don't recommend it.

Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. Explained in detail the source of our low water pressure issue. Company was sourced by our home warranty company FNHW.

We found this company through our Home Warranty (American Home Shield) and have used them again (self pay) because we liked their work. Mark came out to flush our water heater today and did a great job! Arrived within the appt. window, called when we was 30 minutes out and was very professional. The price I was quoted is what I paid and no pressure to buy a new water heater, even though we're probably due. He just gave me 2 options with quotes via email for my reference. Overall great experience and will call them again.

We made a scheduled appointment for yesterday, February 18 from 12 to 4. Due to the extreme weather in northern Arizona, he was not able to complete the job. We need to set up another appointment to fix the shower leak. We have decided not to use your company because of poor service and poor communication.
