Plumbing reviews in Gilbert, Arizona

Tony from anytime home service did a wonderful job. The company responded very quickly to our issue and completed the job same day.
-
Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He really cared about our issue that two previous contractors didn’t care enough to do right the first time. Highly recommend!
-
Elijah was very professional, respectful and efficient while installing our garbage disposal. I’m sure he’s a great asset to his company. We are very pleased with the service he provided.

He cut into the sheetrock to repair the plumbing issues and left a big hole there for me to fix. Also he left a leak under the kitchen sink that flooded my kitchen. I could not get ahold of Anytime Home Services to have someone come out again and fix the leak. I still have a big bowl under my kitchen sink. This wasn't a problem before he came!

These people are liars and thieves. The toilet was running intermittently. The plastic piece that holds the flapper down was broken. Marcos the worker came over, I mentioned I had an electrician who was here a week earlier take a look at it. Took the top off and did not touch water or anything. He pointed out that the green plastic piece was broken. Marco took it apart and went to find the part., came back and said he couldn't find it and the whole complete kit would cost $450. He said he had to phone it in.. He lied, telling gen mgr Sara, that someone messed with it and broke it . They wouldn't fix it .Sara was as rude and condescending as could be. I told her Marco misunderstood me , NO ONE touched anything.
They would not let Marco call me , they returned no calls. Now the $450 part, I went on Amazon found it for $27. and fixed it myself.
So I would stay as far away from these Liars and Thieves. -
I was told that the plumber would be here between 7 and 11. I explained that I needed them early because I had to leave the house at 11:30. I was told that I would be the first appointment. I got up at 6:30 thinking he would be here between 7 and 8. WRONG. he showed up at 10:30 and was told I was the first appointment. They first time they came I was told they would be here by 5pm and he didn't show up till 6:30pm. Terrible time frames.

Was set up with this company from my home warranty group , American Home Shield. I have not been able to get ahold of ANYONE on the phone. Always goes to voicemail. Someone tried to call me about the order ,I was working ,when I called back again I still couldn't get ahold of anyone. When they did finally call me back they didn't even acknowledge that I was unable to get ahold of them. I called warranty company to switch vendors. Seems they are too busy to properly help.

We contacted American Home Shield and were referred to this company. Their technician, Brett, arrived several days later and misdiagnosed the issue. The actual problem was a floor drain, but he instead cleaned the main sewer line, which did not resolve the problem.
We contacted American Home Shield again, and Brett was rescheduled to return. Three days later, he called and stated that the main sewer line needed to be jetted at a cost of nearly $2,000. I explained that the toilets and showers were draining properly and reiterated that the issue had been misdiagnosed, but he insisted his assessment was correct and declined to return to address the problem.
As a result, we contacted American Home Shield again, and they ultimately assigned a different company. In summary, Brett either demonstrated a lack of competence in diagnosing the problem or attempted to recommend unnecessary, costly services. -
The Tech was very polite and respectful. Honestly, he didn’t really know what he was doing. After paying my deductible the issue still was not fixed. He said he would come back the next day to finish and never did. I called multiple times and no response. I then called the office and the lady kept hanging up on me. Last night I had the same issue . My downstairs flooded. I tried calling left my number twice and left a voicemail twice and no one got back to me. They advertise 24/7 service but that’s not true. I will never use this company again . I had to call a different company and they actually took the time to figure everything out and did the job right. Not a happy customer

Don’t use this company, I paid $95 for Fidelity National Home Warranty and they arrange this service provider! Unfortunately, their plumber was dishonest and solely focused on generating additional revenue. He failed to attempt to resolve the issue (Pfister shower faucet value leaking) and instead requested more money ($500) to fix it. Notably, he spent less than 13 minutes at my residence. l intend to file a complaint against this company, ROC# 326908. As the service is incomplete, Finally I found a handymen to replace it and just charged me $160 ( Labor and materials)

Christ was friendly, fast, and efficient. He successfully fixed an issue that another plumber would not attempt. I am so relieved and grateful that the problem is taken care of. Chris was determined to fix it and his diligence paid off! Thank you!

My home warranty sent them for a toilet plumbing issue last year. Took them a total of 4 visits to get a toilet seal done correctly. No wonder their 3.8 rating. Today I called warranty company again for another different issue and they wanted to send them again. I said no thank you. Warranty company said what if we send a senior technician. That’s who came 4 times last year. Skip this company. Right away they changed my service work order to a company with 4.9 rating.
Also they are really messy and do not clean up after themselves. -
Ronnie was so great. His morning appointments opened up so he gave me a call and was able to come early for our leak. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He quickly was able to get our shower leak repaired and he couldn’t have been friendlier. He was a great help!

They have been out multiple times to correct an issue that they swear is fixed each time, frequently waiting weeks in between call time to appointment time. Last time was told that WHEN (not if, they even knew it would happen again) it happens again, to call and they would send someone same day. Called and was told it would be NEXT week, not their issue, I am "just a tenant," and I have no right to be upset. This was apparently the owner, but who knows, nothing they say or do seems to be what is should be.
Seriously save yourself time, money, and hassle, like they told me, call someone else! -
Mark cut several wholes in the walls some not useful or needed just for fun and cut the water of too two bathrooms (fully cut). Then decided to let us know that they don’t like to work with American home shield warranty company so they charge a minimum of 3500 US dollars so even start fixing anything, no matter how small the job. I then asked him to leave.
If ahs or any other warranty company assigns these umm humans. Then make sure not to let them in your home. Best of luck. -
I requested service from American Home Shield (AHS) or a garbage disposal issue: the disposal started screeching when I turned it off, and started to smell. Using the supplied allen wrench did nothing...so it wasn't jammed. Nor did pushing the red reset button. Anytime Home Services assigned the plumber, who arrived on time. In 5 minutes, he let me know that a) it's not rusted or leaking, so it will not be replaced by AHS; b) AHS will not replace it with the same make and model even if it was rusted or leaking; and c) he doesn't know the reason for the noise and left it as is.
Three suggestions for American Home Shield: 1) make your criteria for addressing issues public, on your website, before I can Request Service. Had I understood that rust or a leak is required before anything can be done, I wouldn't have requested service and spent my service fee. 2) the noise and smell are symptoms of an underlying problem, so don't read me my policy stating it doesn't cover noise, too bad. 3) make your customers aware of your replacement 'limitations': you will not replace any covered appliance with an equal. Wonder how many customers will select your home warranty if they knew that in advance.
Three suggestions for Anytime Home Service: 1) honor my voice mail clearly stating I was expecting the visit to be repair-oriented, not simply diagnostic and requesting a return call if the appointment was diagnostic only. What a waste of everyone's time. 2) instruct your technicians on how to properly diagnose and fix the underlying issue, and not leave customers with an unresolved issue. Properly functioning garbage disposals do not screech and shake the sink when they are shut off. 3) clear your voice mail box so I can leave a message and discuss this with you instead of writing a review. If I could chose the service provider when requesting service from AHS, it wouldn't be your company based on my experience. -
the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. I was assigned this company by my Home warranty company. This means I was unable to switch to a different contractor. This company does not answer their phones. I spent an average of five days each time trying to get in contact with their office before getting a response. what could’ve been a two day Task, into over 30 Days. I would call them, no one would answer. The voicemail box was full and I would not get a response back for about five Business days. The work was not done well, the contractors who came out did not respect my contact preferences. They would show up late to their five hour window multiple times. I had a window of 7 to 12 today and they showed up at almost 1 PM. If there is a five hour window I find it highly disrespectful to be late to a five hour block. This happened multiple times. Not to repeat myself, but I can’t stress enough that I think I spent over 20 days Combined calling and calling just to talk to somebody to schedule the appointment. It is absolutely unacceptable For that amount of time to be wasted trying to get in contact with them. I have not had hot water in my house for over a month. I hope this review finds somebody before they have already contracted with this company so they know to stay away. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The lack of communication from Anytime is unacceptable. This issue dates back to August 2025, when their service resulted in damage to a section of my wall. Before any work was done, the technician stated that he would have to cut into my wall, but assured me the section of wall would be replaced.
After repeated attempts to reach them, I was finally connected with a contractor, only to be told that Anytime would not pay for the work. A refund for the cash I originally paid to their technician was then discussed with the owner, but since then my calls and emails have been ignored entirely.
If you’re going tell your customer you’re going to resolve an issue it’s best to follow through with what you say.
