Awesome guy named Rhett came out between the specified time I was told. Called before to verify which I loved as far as communication. Came in and replaced 1 toilet and repaired a downstairs toilet in a reasonable amount of time. Did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend. This company was referred to us by American home shield warranty. Thank you Rhett for your kindness, communication and great work🪠

Daniel was our technician and did an awesome job! 5 STARS! He reached out to me by phone to say hello and let me know he had a cancellation and could get to our house sooner and wanted to know if he could stop by sooner. We were happy to get it done earlier than scheduled. He was professional, did a timely installation, was very respectful of our home and he made the whole process very simple and easy. One of your drivers must have been in a hurry. Cutting off two vehicles and flying past me to run a red light to get on the US-60. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I can say their drivers are VERY aggressive. I was in a merg lane on Dobson and Guadalupe and their driver sped up @ the merg to try to prevent me from merging! Pretty much tried to run me off the road with my 2 daughters in the car! Very unprofessional I would never use their services based on that disrespectful move alone!

George was extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He was able to quickly identify and fix a damaged outlet. He was walking me through what he was doing without holding back. Very happy with their service and would gladly call them back in the future

Extremely satisfied customer! Eagle Services technician Steveo removed a leaky Moen cartridge from my master bath tub. He picked up and installed a new cartridge in record time. Steveo was prompt, efficient, professional and personal. The bill was reasonable and competitive. I have a new plumbing and electrical service "go to." I highly recommend Eagle Services to family, friends and everyone.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Andrew from the time he called to tell me he was on his way, throughout the entire time he was in my home. Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem, and I am happy to report hot water is restored. I will definitely use eagle services next time I need help with my plumbing issues.

My water heater was leaking gallons of water in my garage! I called Eagle and within two hours they sent their technician Ray to replace my water heater! Ray kept me updated on his arrival and did a fantastic job! I will never use anyone but Eagle for my plumbing needs. I am so impressed with this company!

No Longer as Good As They Were. I wouldn't trust them.

Charging for free parts. Bids for work we don't need. Work that doesn't get done. And no commitment to make it right. I don't know if it's new management, but be careful when doing business with Eagle.

My wife and I had used Eagle for about 10 years and previously rated them highly. We recommended them to friends and businesses. Sadly, their service has deteriorated to a stereotypical state of the 'bad plumber' and I can no longer recommend them.

On our most recent two calls, we discovered that Eagle was charging us for parts that were covered by warranty and they were receiving for free. After repeated requests for a more detailed quote, we discovered that we were also being charged for items that were not a part of the original scope and were the result of an inaccurate assessment of the job. Then, the workers failed to complete the repairs properly. When asked to return to fix a leaking toilet that stilled leaked, I was told that they would not do so.

We called Eagle Services to fix a leak in the air conditioning. Within the hour Eagle was here to assess the issue. Not only did they fix the leak, they informed me that the filters needed to be changed. He returned quickly with new filters, and showed me how to change and maintain my units. After this experience, we had Eagle come service the air conditioning units at our home. I would definitely recommend them!

Prompt and great service.

The shower pressure suddenly became very weak. I contacted their plumbing crew to check the issue. They cleaned buildup from the shower head and pipes. The pressure improved immediately.

Our toilet handle broke suddenly, making flushing impossible. I reached out to this plumbing service and the technician arrived promptly. He replaced the handle, checked the internal mechanism and tested the toilet thoroughly. Everything works perfectly now. Excellent service and professional staff.

While cleaning the kitchen cabinet, I discovered a slow drip coming from a pipe joint. I contacted a plumbing service to fix the issue before it worsened. The plumber replaced the worn connector and sealed the joint carefully. After testing the pipe with running water, everything stayed dry. The repair was done very professionally.
