They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday. Constantine was professional and courteous. He replaced inlet and outlet to water heater as well as fixing release outlet pipe. Great to have hot water back. Definitely will recommend them to friends.

I called to have new fixtures put on my bathtub/shower combo. The technician that arrived broke a piece if the original fixture and it was stuck in the pipe. He tried for over 2 hours to remove the piece from the pipe. I finally asked that he call the owner. He said the owner was busy. The owner would not answer my calls or text messages. Finally the technician came back into the house, packed his stuff and said that the owner told him to leave and for me to call another company. He left my bathroom completely unassembled with all of the fixtures off and a gaping hole in the wall. We were unable to turn the water back on, as it would have flooded the bathroom without the shower fixtures installed. I had to call another emergency plumbing company to come to my house late at night and fix the problem that was caused by the techician from Water Rehab. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I have attached a photo to show the condition the technician left my bathroom in after he walked out. We had no running water to the house as a result of him breaking the fixture in the pipe.

The entire crew at Water Rehab always comes through when needed! Very happy with the entire staff. My experience has always been above-average. They're honest, reasonable and efficient. They recently installed a misting system in our backyard and we love it. Thanks team!

Business service was scheduled promptly. Arrival time was adhered to and serviceman Larry was very nice and informative. He diagnosed the problems and quickly rendered service as well as explaining the new equipment. I will use the for future work as needed and will contact them when ready for full home filtration.

OCT 2025 UPDATE: I CAN OFFICIALLY CONFIRM that I love and appreciate the taste of my water, with Water Rehab's system. How do I know? What changed? Today I caught myself relishing the flavor of the water (in my shower, and our drinking water out of our reverse osmosis/alkaline system). That was my moment of realization for how much I appreciate Water Rehab's product/system.

Original review: We recently moved to AZ, what I did not anticipate was the water here. Our top priotity became getting a whole house water filtration system with good tasting, hydrating drinking water. I did my research! I talked to people, Googled extensively, talked to more people, Googled more, fact checked...all before I even set out to meet with a number of residential water filtration system providers. I encountered a number of very aggressive sales people, and sales tactics galore. I was nearly decided before I met with Water Rehab. His system was vety similar to another I had seen and wanted, but better. Also, Water Rehab didn't send a salesman to assess and quote...they sent someone who is familiar with their product, and who is familiar with plumbing and the install process. He was able to readily identify what connections my house has, and what needs to be done. Other companies, i had to ask "what about the water going to my refrigerator/ice maker?" To which they asked me, "what about it? It won't be filtered with this system"... no, i want it filtered by the system..."whole house water filtration", i want to be able to use/enjoy that water, those ice cubes! One company talked about solving that by plumbing through the attic to the fridge...which I did not like that idea (no talk of fail-safes in the event leaks happen...i dont want to think about what they could have done to my house). Water Rehab won me over by the knowledge base. Constantin, the owner, has worked in the industry for decades, a man who installed systems, learned the systems, and went on to create his own, locally in Arizona...for Arizona water (not his words, mine...my assessment of this man). His staff are equally knowledgable and skilled. Daniel and Larry did the installation, and they were wonderful. My system is great, i love my water now.

Water Rehab was transparent in the costs, has -by far- the best quality system...and they dont waste time or tarnish their reputation by installing a cheap, sub-par system. Water Rehab's system addressed all of my concerns, it was the best solution for me...I care about how my water tastes.

Their competitors will emphatically profess that Water Rehab's system is "overkill", and they can "sell you the same system for less". The competitors also offer an array of different systems (no one of their systems addressed all my needs/concerns)...but I had to stop and think...if their salesmen dont know enough about plumbing to realize my home's hookups...are their installers going to be that much more knowledgeable? Or do they employ a revolving door of underskilled, underpayed installers. In 2025, I know what cheap means. I am willing to pay for skilled, knowledgable labor, folks who take their time, don't cut corners, and leave me with a quality system, installed correctly. Water Rehab continued to promptly answer my questions (Thank you Mikaylah). I would not bother spending money anywhere else. Thank you Water Rehab!

Water started spewing water out the overflow pipe. Called Constantine (late afternoon) he was here at our home in 30 minutes. Confirmed water heater was two years past warranty period. Recommended replacement. Completed the change out the first thing the following day. Very pleased with prompt service.

Larry and Constantin are both AWESOME! They did what they said they would do and kept us updated through all the plumbing items we had them do. The upgrades to our RO system are great and we’re glad we made that decision! I highly recommend Water Rehab LLC!

Tony was courteous and task no time in repairing the cause of the leaking faucet.

They cost us hours on the phone and money out of pocket. They came out to diagnose a plumbing issue related to our water heater through our home warranty. They took no pictures, ran no tests, and did not physically interact with anything. The tech informed us to ask for "as much as a cash out" as we could get to replace the whole system then stated it's normally around $2k-$2500 from home warranties. They stopped communicating with us once we told them our policy limit was much lower than that for repairs. They submitted a claim with no evidence citing numerous code violations and safety issues which our home warranty took advantage of to deny our claim. We now have to pay for the water heater replacement by ourselves, despite it being covered by our policy because we can't undo what they already claimed.

My sink was clogged in the kitchen and my home warranty AHS contracted anytime home services. I called them in 7/8, they scheduled me for 7/12 between 6am and 12pm. I called at 10.30 to the company since I had a meeting later around 12 and they said that the techs don't answer phone when they are out and that the person dispatched is quick, they came around 11.30. Spend under 5 min, turned on the water, was on the phone texting, then came back with one tool to try to open the clean out valve, said unable to open since it was glued shut, Said that the cabinet needs to be removed and a new clean out valve installed. I called a drain tech through yelp, who came the next day, removed the p trap and cleaned out the clog in under 30 min. I had asked anytime Home Services the day before why they can't open the p-trap to reel in a drain snake, and they said "it may damage the p-trap". I asked the plumber that came in today about their comment and they said that didn't make sense. I don't know if it's the fact that their plumbers don't know what to do or they want to create a large invoice/cost for customer, either way, I will be staying away from them in the future!
