Austin was our technician. He changed our osmosis filters, cleared drains, and changed a shower head. He was very knowledgeable in his area. In addition, the price was excellent for all the work and Austin was timely and professional. We will continue to use Total Tech for our future plumbing needs!

I needed a new valve, handle and faucet installed for my shower. After getting an outrageous quote from a big name plumber here in the valley I went to YouTube to see if I could do the job myself. After watching many videos it was clear that this job would be well beyond my scope of expertise. The last video I watched was exactly what I needed done. In the video, the guy doing the Job said he was at a house in Gilbert AZ. I immediately looked at the video info to see if there was any company info and sure enough there was. I called and and talked to a gentleman and told him about the video I saw. Turns out he was the guy in the video and also the owner! I explained to him what I needed done and the crazy quote I got from a big name plumber and he was able to quote me a VERY fair price. Not only did he give me a great price but he also sent someone out the next day to get the job done! This company did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Manny was magic!!!!! We had a very complicated plumbing issue, but he has came and worked 4 different days now. Today finally solving the issue. Literally 10/10! As frustrating as it was for me I can only imagine how he felt having to come back to keep trying to find the issue. So thankful!

Total Tech was great to work with. All the staff are friendly and polite. The tech Ernie gave me a super thorough estimate, more detailed than anyone else. He also took time to answer all my questions without talking down to me. His work is very clean and the job turned out great. I will be using Total Tech again.

Work done was a gas line with permit for outdoor kitchen, electrical work for outdoor kitchen, auto fill line for pool with PVB preventer, 3 hose bibs, outdoor shower install.

Jerry was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I had another company refuse to install my washer because of a broken valve. Having 8 kids, it's a nightmare not having a washer. Called TotalTech and Jerry was able to come within a few hours, fix the problem and installed my washer the same day. It was a life saver. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

Ernie came and remounts our two 34 year old toilets. He replaced the wax rings and the flanges along with the mounting bolts. It was a messy and tedious job due to the age. Both flanges were broken and rusty.

I just had some plumbing repairs done on my outdoor faucet, I am extremely happy with the professional service provided. What a great company, what a great guy! Jerry of Plumbing Express explained things to my understanding, he is kind, profession and my dogs liked him too. Very reasonable price too, it was going to be one thing but the leak was deeper than we thought, he explained it to me and was able to fix it for only $30 more than the original quote and he did a lot of work to get my faucet working properly and looking nice and neat with no leaks. I will definately make them my plumber of choice for any further needs I have.

They offer straight forward solutions for real world plumbing problems. I have used them for complex installations like water heaters and new sinks, to leak detection and valve replacements. I don't hesitate to call them anytime I have an issue. I don't even bother with anyone else. They have never let me down. Few things are worse than water damage.
