Beautiful showroom, went to drop some $$ today but the sales guy was to lazy to get up from his desk to greet me. I meandered around for about 15 minutes. Still no interaction. As I was walking out I thanked him for his help. He yelled across the store I asked you as you walked in. I'm sorry what is up with customer service?

One stop shop for all your plumbing needs! Showroom staff is very knowledgeable. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they will find it! JP is my go to guy with any questions I have. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Love Central AZ Gilbert! Chris and PJ have provided us with great knowledge, guidance, and customer service everytime we come in. Definitely my preferred store. Chris always goes out of his way to make sure we have what we need or gets what we need ordered with the up most haste. Also need to send a shootout to everyone in the showroom who always provides our clients great customer service!!!

I love shopping at Central Arizona supply in Gilbert! The parts counter guys JP and Chris are so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful when it comes to finding the plumbing parts I need! Central AZ Supply has always been there for my maintenance needs. I have to say that the advice over the counter for all the "weird" things I bring is over the top helpful. Christina was able to find an obscure part for me for a 13-year old tankless water heater in only a few minutes time (after I'd been spinning my wheels for too long). CAS knows their business, they know their contractors, they WANT to help. Every.single.time. I've gone to them, the service is impeccable. Kudos in particular to Christina for her professional demeanor and knowledge base. I highly recommend the Gilbert store on Williams Field Road and will continue to lean on them for all my maintenance needs.

Such friendly people here! I came in to try and buy a part, and when I realized the part wasn't quite what I needed, multiple team members helped me work through alternatives, find other locations with potential parts, even looking through spec sheets and recommending trusted plumbers to help. It turned what was a fairly stressful project into a delight. Christina rocks, thank you for your kindness, patience, and help!

I ordered 3 shower cartridges to be delivered because they are not in stock. It's been 3 weeks and I called to check on status and they tell me the company has merged with another company and the part is obsolete. They supposedly knew of this 2 weeks ago but didn't think calling me and letting me know I was waiting for nothing and getting me my $375 dollars back was that important.

Good quality work, will use again.
