Roto-Rooter was amazing. They help me fix my plumbing late at night on a weekend and a holiday. They were there very fast very efficient. Great communication and fixed the problem. Helped me out tremendously. What a great company I would recommend them to anybody.

My service with Roto Rooter was excellent! When I scheduled my appointment I had to reschedule last minute and it was so simple and easy to get ahold of their dispatch team. No waiting and directly connected to a team member! Their communication of when they’re on their way was very reassuring since they sent a text and phone call. Once they were here, they solved my issue so quick and they were very friendly and informative! Will be using this company again when something else happens in my home!

Cameron came over shortly after I called for help with a clogged drain at our restaurant. He was so helpful and was nice about keeping me informed every step of the way. I was surprised that when I called at night around 8:30 pm. Angel showed up by 9 and was done with the problem by 10:30. Angel also explained to me what he was going to do. It was done, family was happy to have running water. I was happy with the work. It was a little pricing though. Will I call and use them again, most likely yes.

Main sewer line clogged after 5 PM. Thought would have to wait till next day but no, they sent Angel at 8 PM and he fixed the problem. His boss Diego even stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly. What a relief!

Jordan was prompt and professional and he repaired the toilet. Jordan knew it was something more. He called Vincent for further evaluation of the problem. It was the rest of the cast iron pipe. Everything was explained about the next step. Been using RR for years. They are prompt, communicate and have everything needed to get the jobs done.

Our kitchen sink clogged up really bad. What made it really worse is somehow the upstairs tub and shower drain manages to back water up to the kitchen sink. Yuck.
My usual garden hose attachment thingy didn’t work this time so I called in the pros. Angel took care of the issue quick and efficient.
