Updating my review as I'm becoming a frequent customer of TotalTech.

My wife and I have had three opportunities to work with TotalTech over the last seven months. They've been great to work with every time.

The first time, Manny went above and beyond to diagnose my drain problems. Great customer focus!

The second time (sorry, don't recall the tech's name), TotalTech reseated a wobbly toilet for us. Their service was efficient and effective.

Most recently, I needed to have my water service line repaired. Ashley in the office was great, and Tino showed up promptly and had us back in operation in no time. Much appreciated!

TotalTech is RECOMMENDED.

Sink and laundry line were backing up. Eduardo came out quicker then expected with great communication. I wasn't home but my babysitter said he was extremely professional and polite. Possibly more work to do if problem persist but Id call Totaltech for any plumming needs.

This is actually Victoria on Mustang Ct. Eddie was awesome. He was so diligent and so polite and he was persistent in getting the job done right. I would highly recommend TotalTech to anyone!

Total Tech has always been able to solve our electric water heater problems. Ernie had to come out multiple times and was able to fix the problem to trouble shoot different solutions before the company would cover the parts which was actually under warranty still even though we thought it had expired. He was always very helpful, and pleasant. The dispatcher, Rachel is also helpful every time we call. Great service every time.

EDIT : Total Tech owner reached out to make this situation right and we truly appreciate it. After hearing how his team left our home, he seemed truly disappointed. He called just a few days after I left the review and offered to get our house professionally cleaned to make things right. He set everything up, and paid beforehand making the whole process seamless. The house cleaner came over, asked what areas we would like cleaned and got to work. We are feeling much better about any lingering dust that might have been left, and are feeling thankful that Jerry took the time to make this right.

Had two guys at my house from 08:30-04:00 to take out an existing tub and install a new one. I work for a GC and am exposed to this kind of work often.
This team tracked drywall dirt and dust all throughout the house, leaving layers of dust everywhere in my kitchen, living room, and floors. Demoing the walls and floors with no dust vaccs or dust protection in site while doing the work in our bathroom and leaving the door open allowing all the dust to expel throughout the house. Upon finishing, I had asked if they were going to close up the walls that they had opened up, and was told “ plumbers don’t do that”. You opened the wall, the least you could do is temporarily cover them as this is still a functioning bathroom ( toilet and sink). I could not believe the negligence and disrespect of my space. I’m a renter granted, but this is still my stuff being covered in sut and dust. One of the guys said he was going to clean everything up and then left to another job that he got called to about an hour before. The other guy finished caulking a portion of the vanity ( poorly ) and then left without saying anything. Poor work and poor attitudes. Don’t book these guys unless you went to spend hours cleaning up after them.

Eduardo was patient, skilled and clean throughout the process of my shower repair. I would totally recommend him and totaltech Arizona to anyone in need of some plumbing services.

Total tech was quick to schedule the job that needed to be done. On the day of service Cody and Manny came out (were on time) and got the job done! They are super friendly and got right to work. I personally felt like it was a big job but they managed to get it done in just a few hours. I definitely recommend them!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Total Tech over the past two days starting with Rachel whom I believe works in the office scheduling the service calls. She showed excellent customer service skills from start to finish. She listened, she had complete and accurate information, was professional and informative. She scheduled my appointment for the first available (new toilets being installed) as my Management Company (Renters Warehouse) drug their feet and left me without a proper working toilet for 5 days! But I’ll save that review for their site.

The techs called beforehand and again when they were outside my home to let me know they arrived. They were on time, courteous and professional. They asked permission before doing anything including opening the front door when they were bringing the equipment and new toilets in. They immediately went to work, they were done quickly as there were two working. They showed me the installation and cleaned up all boxes and around the toilets. I couldn’t have asked for better service from your techs Eddie and Cody! It was a positive experience from start to finish which is rare these days.
Too often companies show they don’t care like my management company listed above…Total Tech turned what started out to be an absolute nightmare experience from my management company to a very positive and professional one. Thanks to Rachel, Eddie and Cody I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use your company going forward.

We needed one of our shower handles repaired but also required extra work. Due to my husband and I work schedules, it sometimes makes it impossible to schedule a time a lot but Totaltech worked with us graciously.

Eddie was our tech and I can’t recommend him enough! He was on time, courteous, professional, friendly and explained everything to me right away.

I had questions and he had all the answers that made me feel reassured. He even gave us some quick insight on an unrelated water heating issue with no problem, he was happy to do so.

Forget the big box stores for your plumbing needs, this is a one stop shop, they have a huge array of options, and a knowledgeable staff.
Jesse Zamora helped us look for bath plumbing fixtures, and he was very friendly, no pressure and expertly knew what we needed.

I was thoroughly impressed with the advice and professional help that is just not there when you go to the big box home improvement stores.

Great convenient new location with a great 👨‍🦲 manager.
