Moore Air was both professional and friendly. They completed the disconnect of my old system and installation of two new units a 4 and a 5 ton in less than 4 hours. Totally please with the work.

I’m so happy with the professional service of Moore Air. I called them two days ago to schedule a tuneup on my AC and they arrived within two days. The technician was very friendly and professional and explained what he was going to do. I have been a customer for about 10 years and rely on Moore Air for all my heating and AC service. My home warranty company sent Moore a/c out to address my issue. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got my a/c system up and running quickly.

Great company, I've had nothing but great service from Moore Air, my system had multiple issues and they solved every one of them, it works like new.

Terrible company, I didn't have a choice to use them because this is who my home warranty people sent me to. They reported back my AC unit was broken because of dog pee and now I'll have to pay for a replacement. Not necessary, all they had to report is that it was broken. They don't look out for the customer. I called several times and no one answers. The owner is rude when he called me back finally. No guts to tell me what was reported over the phone. Thanks for absolutely nothing and for wasting my time.

Moore Air is the best!! They do excellent work and have competitive pricing. My A/C went out, I called them and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. They are respectful and clean up after themselves. It's important to me to work with a company I can trust and Moore Air is that company!!!!!

My AC went out late on a Thursday night/early Friday morning. I reached out to multiple companies & no one could come out until middle of the following week. Needless to say with excessive heat warnings for the next few days, I was frantic; that is until Moore Air answered my call. They were able to fit me in & fix my unit the following day. They were friendly, quick & efficient! It’s been two weeks now & my unit is running like a dream! I highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I contacted Moore Air and has been nothing short of excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and fair with his pricing. The first time was repairing a wiring issue with our heat for the furnace and now with a fan motor on the outdoor A/C condenser. It is comforting to know there are great contractors still out there!

Our home warranty sent Moore Air out to flush our condensate lines. They got to me immediately after putting in the request and being assigned the job, came to do the job just a few hours later, had excellent communication skills, were super friendly, and did excellent work. Just called them with another issue and again, on a Saturday, are coming today for a separate repair! Definitely happy to find a new HVAC unit I feel I can trust!

The service was great. Would recommend them to anybody. Very satisfied. There are questions asking what I paid. I get American home warranty so it didn't cost me anything at that time
