Innovation Air installed a new HVAC package unit at my home after my 29 year old system recently failed during last weeks heat wave. They provided me with several quotes within hours of my call and had the new unit installed the day after I accepted one of the proposals. What a relief after suffering in the 97 degree temperatures for several days. Brandon (owner) came out and installed the unit himself so his team could honor their commitments to their other customers while he personally took care of my emergency. Great service and integrity!! Kathy and the rest of the staff were also so helpful and accommodating. I received several competitive bids and selected Innovation Air. Their price, quality and service won my business!

Called Monday morning and was at the house by 9 am. quickly checked my ac, vents and furnace. all was good and added a much-needed new thermostat. that you can see in the dark. I highly recommend Innovation Air. they are the best!

Heating element went out on my furnace. Called Cathy (owners wife). Technician (Rocco) came out and fixed in 2 days..one day for examination and problem..ordered part..replaced next day.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the installation of my new air conditioning unit. This company is very responsible, very knowledgeable, and very thorough in everything they do to complete the installation. The team that worked on my installation were very thoughtful, answered questions, checked regularly with me to let me know how things were going, and upon completion they were very thorough and cleaning up any debris from working on the system, both inside and out. One of the main technicians showed me photographs of the completed work, some work which was done in the Attic that they showed what exactly they had done, and we inspected the outside unit which was put together very well and looked wonderful! They turned on the unit and showed me how to work the new thermostat and left me the instruction sheet in case I needed further instruction on the thermostat. I was extremely impressed with the whole professional persona of this company and their technicians and would highly recommend using their service to anyone!

They always respond quickly, and usually fix any issues immediately in that same visit - which is often same day from when I’ve called. I’ve found their pricing very reasonable and all the employees very knowledgeable! They even went above and beyond for my very pregnant self to help identify and document a totally unrelated roof leak. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
