My home owners insurance sent me this company, and they went out of their way to squeeze us in, in the same evening!! What a blessing as our AC went out and it was at 94° in the house. Miserable! But they came and got the job done within 40 minutes. They could have easily waited until the following day as scheduled, but went out of their way to make one last stop to us. Thank you so much! No kids in the home, but we have some animals and my elderly mom who were all feeling the affects of the heat. Will be recommending and using you guys in the future :)

Tech was on time and did really good work. The tech also educated me on ac components without trying to sell additional services.

Got this company through my warranty home warranty and 2 techs showed up with just a hose to check the freon level of the unit. I was just requesting a service and now my house is not cooling down.
My house is kept at 75 degrees and now after my service it seems it doesn't want to drop 85 and I was told it needed 2 lbs of freon when that was not the issue. I took pictures of how it was left and trust me no service was done. They just want to charge me to fill it up with freon and I'm not sure what happened but now I'm sitting in the heat.
Also the tech offered my wife to come in after hours if we wanted the freon recharged

I was having a problem with my AC and had another company come out to fix the problem. A couple of days later, I was having the same problem again with the AC. This time I called Moore Air for service. After inspecting the system, I was told exactly what the problem was. It was repaired quickly and I have no more problems with my AC. These guys really came through with their word. They are extermly professional and very helpful. As home flippers we're not always the easiest to work with since we're all about cost and value. Though Brandon came up with a great solution which made perfect sense for all of us.

Not once was it hard to get a hold of them or a response within a reasonable time frame. We switched from our old AC company over to Innovations for good. It's nice to be able to fully trust guys that are personal and keep it real. I'd recommend this company to anyone 100%
