I am extremely appreciative of Innovation Air and service tech Lito. Having your AC go out in Phoenix is not for the weak of heart... Lito entered my home and explained to me what kind of system I had and first steps to trouble shooting. He diagnosed the problem and explained next steps, including a part that had to be order. He was uncertain how long itwould take to get the part but to my surprise, I recieved a recieved a call two hours later stating they had the part and could fix the unit in the same afternoon. Needless to say, I was very appreciative. I have a medically fragile son who's seizures can be triggered by the heat. This company exceeded my expectations.

I have an excellent experience with innovation air conditioning. They are honest, reasonable, and reliable. I would highly recommend innovation and their superior work to everyone

The service technician was on time and he was very knowledgeable of the task at hand. He also recommended some preventative maintenance to follow. He was very professional at all times

Stay Away! Innovation Air was contracted via my home warranty (first mistake, don’t pay for a home warranty) to came to my home to try and diagnose where the refrigerant leak was coming from. After 6 hours at my home not only were they not able to locate the leak (they determined the leak was from the compressor which was not true and that I need to replace my compressor because it was damaged, this part was true) but they damaged both of my thermostats and replaced them with inferior products. At the end of their time, Innovation Air said they will submit the request to the home warranty and ask for approval to replace the compressor. Days go by and no one calls me to confirm next steps. I call back the home warranty only to find out that Innovation Air wiggled their way out of this work by making excuses and said they wouldn’t be able to complete the work (because they are incompetent) so my work request was transferred to another company. I also called Innovation Air directly and first they told me one story put me on hold and told me a different story. Excuses. There is so much more to this story but I will spare you ALL the details. Bottom line is, they sent in a rookie who had no idea what he was doing, then after 3 hours another guy shows up (Brandon) who states that he has 20 years of experience and he will find the problem, which did not happen. While they were in my house and “working” one of my ac’s started blowing hot air when it was working just fine. Complete joke. They damaged my thermostats and then they walk away because they don’t want to deal with the problem. I am certain that if they did this to me, they have done it to other clients and will do it to future clients. Completely unethical and unprofessional. Save your self the headache and disappointment and go someplace else. I ended up calling a professional air conditioning company who actually knew what they were doing and they were able to diagnose the problem in 30 minutes and fixed it on their next visit.

I am impressed! The people at Innovation gave excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly not to mention the fast service we received I would highly recommend them.

My A/C wasn't cooling and they were able to come out the same day and get it running again. The service man was also informative and respectful. No complaints.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit and reached out to Brandon at Innovation Air late on a Thursday evening. Brandon promptly arranged for Technician Lito to assist me. I was impressed by Lito's professionalism, politeness, and courteous demeanor. He patiently walked me through the problem and provided valuable insights on steps I can take in the future to identify potential issues.

To my dismay, a separate issue arose the very next day, a hot Saturday. I contacted Brandon again, and to my relief, he swiftly dispatched Technician Anthony within an hour. I deeply appreciated this quick response, especially on a weekend when the house without air conditioning was becoming uncomfortable due to the rising temperatures outside. Like Lito, Anthony demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism. He thoroughly explained the situation and empowered me to make an informed decision regarding the necessary repairs.

I must commend the entire team at Innovation Air for their outstanding service. It's always a pleasure doing business with such a top-notch company. While I could have opted to submit a home warranty claim, I am grateful I chose not to as it would have prolonged the process, leaving me without air conditioning for an extended period. After shopping for Aircon I found innovation Air has the affordable price with good warranty.So they installed last year and Tony came today for inspection before heat will spike this summer.Tony is knowledgeable and skilled.Would recommend them.

Innovation Air Conditioning has my back , when I had issues with my Ac Unit they came out same day or within 24 hrs and had my system cooling and running Great. Always Reliable and honest. Innovation Air Conditioning. They came through at a time that was unexpected, our unit stopped blowing nice cold air and turned the whole house into an oven. The tech came in assessed the situation and had the unit up and running in a timely manner. The techh was friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs for him. I had 4 different companies countless techs who attempted to resolve the issue I was having with no success. No one listened to me as far as the issue I was having.Today Rocco cane out and provided the best service, what a God send. He took the time to explain the things he did amd most of all he listened. Innovation did a great job with installing my new AC/heatpump. They were polite, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Very efficient and resolved my AC problem in a timely matter. I highly recommend!

I would like to thank God for this company from the bottom of my heart! They were the absolute greatest! I was out of AC for three days, I called and spoke with Brandon and advised him of my situation. I was dealing with a warranty company that had me setup with the worst company in Arizona, that left me without air for three days. Brandon advised me if I could get everything transferred to them he would have one of his guys come out and this was a Saturday morning, I was able to get everything transferred and the were out in less than 30 minutes. Mayo came out and was able to diagnos the problem and get everything fixed and up and running, I can not stress enough how blessed we were and how great they are. I definitely recommend this company to everyone! Thank you for everything!

Innovation Air was recommended by my realtor when my ac went out during our excessive heat. Anthony came out early the next day and replaced the motor. When the air went out yesterday, Antonio came this morning and determined that the circuit breaker tripped. He reset it and there was no charge. He recommended an electrician who will come out to replace it this afternoon. I highly recommend this company!

The tech Tony was very knowledgeable, professional, and listened to all our concerns. Last company we used kept trying to up charge us. Would recommend Innovation Air.

Having used InnovationAir for the last few years, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
They are extremely professional and quick to respond. They work diligently with my home warranty company to assure my issues are resolved.
Antonio is the service tech I have recently dealt with. He is very personable, didn’t seem to rush anything and explained what he was doing.
I wish all service companies I deal with had this level of professionalism and expertise.

First of all, I called at 8:40 PM expecting to leave a message regarding my AC issue,
Low and behold Brandon, answered the call, immediately got in the middle of answering my questions until he needed more information from Old Republic Home Warranty, and said he would call me back as soon as he new something the fallowing morning.
Fallowing AM Brandon, called me back After spending 1 1/2 hours on hold waiting for an answered from Old Republic.(If you have Ever delt with Old Republic, you know I’m Not kidding one bit when I say 1-1/2 hours, it’s Brutal) Brandon said iF Old republic would release the ticket he would get on my job the next morning, Friday, at 8:00am and get my clients in my rental back up & running.
He suggested that I call Old Republic myself and give them a push.
So, 2.0 hours on Hold later, Old Republic Promised me they would release the compressor immediately to Innovation AC.
Again, Brandon Called me to let me know he had the parts and I was on the top of his list for Friday.
