Our home warranty company told us we would have to wait over a week for someone to check out our broken air conditioning. When we told them that was unacceptable, someone from innovative air came out that same day. The problem was diagnosed and the repair part ordered. Innovative air stayed on top of the issue and followed up with us throughout the process. They even called us after hours to let us know they had a cancellation and would be out earlier on the day of the repair. Lito was amazing as well as Kathy in the office along with Brandon. We are up and running! Would highly recommend them.

Antonio was amazing! My home warranty company recommended them to come provide emergency service on my AC unit.The weather was hot and I work at home, so this was an emergency. He arrived and explained what it could be and then when he was done the AC unit was working. He recommended a part and that yearly maintenance would be a good idea, BUT he also said I did not need it right now.

This is the hallmark of a great company, no high pressure sales tactics, just plain good ol honest advice!

Lito from Innovation was very professional and spent time explaining his finding with my evaporative cooler. The fix to get the motor working again was super simple and he showed me how I can reset it myself next time. I would definitely use them again in the future.

My boss owns a house that his daughter rents in Litchfield Park and has had numerous issues with his HVAC system since it was installed 5 years ago. The installing company was less than helpful in dealing with the repairs. We contacted Brandon @ Innovation Air Conditioning and he has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He and his staff are genuine experts who work with integrity & honesty. They are prompt, attentive and go over repairs in detail. There pricing is more than fair and I wouldn't EVER recommend anyone but Innovation Air Conditioning and Heating for your HVAC needs.

Toni the technician came by as soon as he can I waited maybe 15 minutes after my call checked out my ac unit explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed he was right to the point very respectful and intelligent I have a lot of respect for people like him honest experienced and very professional thanks man.

If there were 10 stars I would have chosen all 10! Within 3 hours after I called, Innovation Air (Brandon) was here to access my AC problem. He needed a part that wouldn't arrive until the next day, so he brought us a portable AC unit for overnight and by 11 o'clock the next day my AC was fixed (thank you Antonio).

Antonio (Tony) is the most polite, professional , informative air conditioning guy. He started out by introducing himself, took the time to explain everything he would check to diagnose my system. After diagnosing he took the time to explain what the issue was, how and what he would replace to remedy. He never acted rushed or impatient even when the job was complete. It was his last call of the day ( hopefully) and still took the time to explain company maintenance program offered, including the effects of AZ cooling/heating issues.

EXCELLENT Service! The Innovation Air team did a great job servicing my A/C. The entire team was very professional and the level of service was superior. Communication was great and they always arrived at the appointment times. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Phoenix metro who needs A/C and Heating service.

Our technician was Rocco, he was very informative, very professional. Our air conditioner failed last night and we called this morning for service. They sent him out in the early afternoon. It was real hot in the house, Rocco found the problem and fixed it asap. Much cooler now.

This team is amazing! We had our A/C break down on us and gave them a call; not only did they come out within the hour (call time was 6pm), they found the issue and scheduled us for the next morning to get the blower motor replaced. Once the teach (Tony) arrived in the morning he got the motor replaced in 30 minutes and our A/C is working beautifully. If you need your system inspected or fixed, don’t hesitate to call them, very professional attitude and work!

I recently had innovation Air perform a tune-up on my air conditioning system, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to inspect and clean every part of the system thoroughly.
