I have used cooler Tymes twice and for good reason. Mike is knowledgeable, honest and punctual. I am so thankful for everything he has done for me. His work speaks for itself. By far the best A/C company out there!

When you call "Cooler Tymes" You don't get a recording or a "ditzy" receptionist, you get Michael ... every time. During the process of estimating, scheduling and completing the job I called Mike 5 or 6 times and he answered every time.

I got 3 estimates and Cooler Tymes was the first. I knew right from the beginning after talking with Mike and meeting and speaking with "Carlos" about the job and their "no-shortcuts" approach that I would be using "Cooler Tymes". Needless to say neither of the other two companies came close in pricing or customer service. I also was impressed with the level of enthusiasm both Mike and Carlos have for their business. They truly do appreciate their customers and you know it right from the start all the way through completion. It's funny, one of the other companies started upselling me on a new AC unit before he even gave me the estimate for the this current job, which by the way was simply duct replacement.

Sunday, the day after they finished and probably the first "day off" in weeks, Michael called me to make sure There were no issues that popped up over night (of course there wasn't) so I told him that there was some tiny pieces of insulation and debris being blown out of the registers, which of course is to be expected after a complete duct system replacement. He asked me if I wanted him to send someone out to deal with it. I'm telling you everyone on his team has this same approach to customer satisfaction. The place was so clean when they left you'd never know they were there.

The entire "Cooler Tymes" team is outstanding.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with upstairs unit going off and on and wasn't cooling. Mike was out the same afternoon, found unit very low on coolant, charged system,
top off other unit. Everything working great, and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend Cooler Tymes to anyone needing Ac Service.

AC unit went out. Cooler Tymes was able to come out same day and give us and estimate that was competitive to other AC systems, but offered a Lennox system and has a 3 year labor warranty (most only have a year). the system they installed works great and he has followed up to make sure all of our needs were met. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure having Mike come over and troubleshoot our air conditioning problems. Mike was very personable and well-trained in his profession. Mike was able to make time in his already busy schedule to get to us that day. Will definitely call Cooler Tymes in the future if any other problems arise.

Our a/c unit went out. We are nearing record heat and knew it would be a long shot to get someone out here same day. I called Cooler Tymes as a recommendation from my best friend who said Mike was awesome. I called and spoke with Mike at 7:23am and he said yes let's get you in between 1pm - 3pm. How awesome!. My husband took time off of work to hang out at home to wait for Mike or anyone from Cooler Tymes to show up. It was 10 minutes to 3 and no one had showed up. Called Mike to get an ETA. He said he was in Goodyear and could come after that but wasn't sure of a time. Said they got behind. I completely understand getting behind (and I told him this) and being busy this time of year from an a/c company. I respect that but I would have respected him more had he called to let us know they were running behind. Mike argued with me and said he didn't know anyone was taking the day off (and I don't normally tell someone I am taking time off of work to meet with them), I then said how else would we have let him in our home if no one was there. I said to him I get he is busy. I completely understand but a phone call would have been nice because a day has now been wasted and we could have found someone else. I let him know he had great reviews on Google, which is another reason I called him and he said, then leave me a bad review. So here you go Mike. Here is your bad review. The only reason you are getting a bad review is because of your customer service on the phone. I am not sure what kind of an a/c guy you are or how well your company would have taken care of us. I just know the disrespect I received on the phone.

I am not happy with the job that was done by Cooler Tymes. Mike told us that he would be at our home for the install. He sent his installers and he did not show up. For $24,000 install, I think that Mike should have been there. When he was in our home telling us to buy the new units, he told us there were issues with our vents. He was not there to show the installers the issues. Our Master Bedroom is hot. This system is not performing any better as the units that were taken out.

Mike Greco is highly recommended by our family. He provided excellent same day service for our AC unit on his BIRTHDAY. He quickly assessed our issue, showed me the burned out parts, explained my options, and was clear about his affordable pricing with no pressures. He even called the next day to make sure our upstairs was properly cooled. Give him a call for AC help!

Michael Greco was great and efficient when our dampers and air conditioner broke down in the middle of summer. He coordinated working and ordering parts with our neighbours/ friend’s at the same time as they had issues with their dampers too. Michael explained everything and gave us different options of what we should do. I would recommend Cooler Tymes and we plan to use them going forward for our annual maintenance/service.

Mike and his crew showed up right on schedule. Every one knew their job and my old unit was removed and the new AC installed before noon. Mike never tried to push extra items that were not needed. Cleanup was great, you would not know they were there except for my new AC unit.

We have been using Cooler Tymes as our go-to repair and maintenance provider for couple of years now. Mike was extremely helpful and professional, both times that we needed his services. We have bought A/C units from him twice and his prices were much better than anything else out in the market. My husband loved the job he did for us the first time, everything was explained thoroughly and done the right way, no shortcuts, the house was nice and cold and our electricity bill was dirt cheap for the size of the house we have (while we lived there). Now that we needed to replace a second unit, my husband didn't want anyone else other than Cooler Tymes to work with us. As a military family that is now stationed away from where the broken a/c was, we had the peace of mind that the job was going to be done well and fast (a/c broke down in the middle of summer, and tenants living in the house have babies, so we were really concerned). Mike was always easy to reach, whether it was through email or call or text, he was extremely flexible working with us, despite the fact of living out of town, we were able to negotiate and make the arrangements needed.

Mike is a professional that knows his trade, he did not up-sell us, he was prompt and communicated well, and the quality has been exceptional. His team of installers were professionals, they kept everything clean and were friendly. We will use Mike for all our AC needs in the future.

Hart Heating has been serving our HVAC needs since moving to Arizona. They are responsive and great.

On a recent Sunday night I suddenly realized that the house had gotten warmer. Went to check thermostat and the image was blank. After trying a few things I finally decided that I needed to call Cooler Tymes. Since it was a Sunday night I really did not expect to have the phone answered and it was not. Thinking I could make it through one night with fans I left a message asking if they could get to me first thing Monday AM. Within 5 minutes of leaving message I received a return call from Mike with questions about problem. Requested again a Monday AM service call. Instead he said he was going to come check it now. Got there, fixed the problem and I had A/C that night. That is the Type of service I appreciate. Thanks again Mike!

Mike with Cooler Tymes comes highly recommended. Our AC was not blowing air properly and we’ve had other AC guys out previously to see if they could fix it but they couldn’t. They tried troubleshooting and had ya replace parts that were not necessary.
Mike came in and after taking one look at it knew the issue. He even found other issues while working on our system and fixed them right up.
Him and his team definitely know what they are doing. Our AC is working great now.

I can't say enough good things about Mike at Cooler Tymes. We first stumbled on him 7-8 years ago after two bigger name HVAC companies couldn't diagnose the problem with one of our A/C units and both places recommended complete replacement. Mike was able to correctly diagnose the problem and get it fixed on the spot. All these years later and that unit is still running strong. We've used Mike a few times since and the service, expertise, communication, follow up and work is top notch. I've never once felt like he was trying to push stuff on us we didn't need, trying to take advantage of us, or using scare tactics on us. In a place like Arizona where life can be miserable when the A/C fails, it's nice to have a guy you can trust. Thanks Mike!

Cooler Tymes installed a complete Lennox Heat and Air system at my house today. The installers that the owner Mike Greco sent over, Heath and Jake were absolutely the friendliest,knowlagable, and professional installers I have ever used on anything I have had installed on the many homes I have owned. I would not hesitate to use Cooler Tymes for heating and air-conditioning needs. Mike has a great company and great employees and provides a great service at a fair price. Mike installed a Lennox system back around 2018. Recently, my thermostat stopped functioning and I reached out to Mike for assistance. He came to my house and spent a while on the phone with Lennox. He made sure Lennox covered the new thermostat via the warranty, even though they were giving him pushback on doing so. He had the new thermostat installed the same day and everything is working beautifully.

Mike is an honest guy and I highly recommend him. He's my first call for anything HVAC related, he's prompt and on time, and he communicates really well. He clearly shows his pride in his business and his commitment to his customers.

Saved me from spending nearly a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs! I was receiving complementary AC tune-ups from a big name AC company because I'm a first responder. On a recent tune-up, the technician found a leak in my evaporator coil and faulty capacitors on my 2yr old Lennox unit. My AC has a 10yr parts warranty but I was responsible for labor costs and I was told that labor was going to be about $1000. I thought it was odd that a 2yr old unit would already be having problems (and the labor costs seemed high) so I called the manufacture for advice and they referred Cooler Tymes among others. I talked to Mike, the owner, and he came over the same day. He checked over everything and found there was nothing wrong with my system! He even looked at the other company's paperwork which said my capacitor numbers were bad and he showed me the numbers were actually fine. That and if repairs were necessary, he would have charged a fraction of what the big name company was going to charge. Thank you again Mike! I will definitely be using Cooler Tymes for any of my AC services in the future!

I could not be happier with Mike from Cooler Tymes. I had called him on a weekend, in a middle of the summer couple of years ago to fix our AC and he did an excellent job. So, when last Friday, the AC went out in our new house, I knew whom to call. Mike came over on Saturday, on time, diagnosed the issue, took time to explain what needed to be done and why. He is honest and thorough, he does what needs to be done (without trying to upsell anything) and he does it at a great price too.

Our 5 ton AC unit went out a week ago and prior to calling them, I noticed they received high reviews from Angie's List (Service Award), Yelp, and Google so we decided to give them a try. I am glad that we did. Mike responded to my call within 20 minutes, something I did not expect. He was very honest and upfront with diagnosing the problem which in our case was the fan blower motor and the ac condenser. Honesty is a rare quality in most companies but it is good to know that there are a small handful of companies like Cooler Tymes that still believes in this principle. He advised that our best approach would be to replace our 5 ton with a new one. Mike offered us a fair price on a Lennox XP14 (14 Seers) unit. Our 5 ton unit was a builder's build from 2004. I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship that he and his crew had when installing our new unit. Once they took out the old unit, he and his crew pointed out the cause for our AC unit to go out which was the air handler blower in the attic had blown out which created a domino affect thus resulting in the loss of our 5 ton AC unit. I highly recommend Cooler Tymes. They are very kind, professional, honest, and knowledgeable in AC related issues. They are a company who looks out for their customers unlike others.
