John did a great job of explaining what he was going to check, what he was going to clean and how efficient our old unit is.

Outstanding team! So thankful for not having to go through an Arizona Summer without AC especially with kids! They were on time and quick but efficient. Shocked at how much cleaning, and a new unit would make such a difference.

Sometimes its just about trust. My AC (which is 27 yrs old) quit in 108 degree weather so I called my home warranty company---after 8 hours and three of their companies later still no response other than "can't get out there for a week". Hot in more ways than one, I called John who put in a mini-split for us a couple years ago. I figured if I had to drop thousands on a new AC I would rather hire him. His son was here in 2.5 hours. Within 20 minutes he had it fixed even though he had to engineer a part that is no longer made. Will get us through the summer and when we do have to replace, these are the guys I will call. They are honest, friendly, professional and most of all trustworthy. Call them if you have AC issues---you will be happy you did!

I’ve had Nolan and John out for several services in our home. Most recently they did a full house duct cleaning. My husband suffers from asthma and allergies and WOW, what a difference it has made to have all the dust and yuck removed! They’ve also fixed my heater and a/c over the past year, always incredibly friendly & knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sandman. John recently installed a new air conditioner and furnace. He arrived on time, did a great job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up after his job.

Nolan was ontime to the minute. He was professional and courteous. After checking the HVAC system he brought in a mini vac to clean up the insulation that dropped from the attic. No high pressure sales tactics to buy something that wasn't needed. Great service!

Great service on short notice for mini split installation. Read very good reviews on Sandman, and couldn't agree more. Their pricing was more competitive, service was excellent. Highly recommend!

We have used Sandman Air for over 8 years now. We have found them to be prompt and most importantly honest in their review of what needs to be done with the equipment. I would rate their pricing as fair relatives to others.

Sandman Air came highly recommended when I was looking for a HVAC company to replace my 30 year old unit. John and Nolan were a pleasure to work with and explained every detail of every step of the process. I used them to install my new ac which I purchased through them and have used them for duct work and also routine maintenance. John and Nolan are very responsive and provide top notch service. At one point while I was away on vacation and had someone house sitting and my ac stopped working. I called Sandman Air immediately and Nolan came out the same day to fix the issue. Turns out when I had a contractor doing some electrical work in the attic, they accidentally damaged some of the duct work, causing insulation to get sucked into the system. Nolan fixed it the same day and inspected the entire system for any other damages. Needless to say it could have been a vacation ruining event but Sandman Air came to the rescue.

Sandman Air does an excellent job both installing new systems and servicing them. I highly recommend them! Very reliable, friendly, efficient service. Can be counted on!

Needed fast repair on ac units. John is so incredibly knowledgeable and took the extra time for a phone call from 2 different states to explicitly explain what the process was going to be, the next steps and possible outcomes. This company stands out so far above all other companies I was just blown away. Courteous about time arrivals and dates of service to boot. Cannot go wrong here with them! (Additional comment: And cannot forget to mention Marilyn who answered all of our numerous phone calls and emails and was so very knowledgeable, patient and kind!)

By far the best HVAC company in AZ. My grandparents’ A/C stopped work in the middle of the day and Nolan had it back on within an hour!! Great customer service, very professional and dependable. Highly recommended!

John was straight up and honest he showed me pictures and explained them to me very knowledgeable and makes things simple to where I can understand what is happening and what needs to be done

This company is honest and very reliable. Used to use a very large company but that companies prices were way too much,no comparison to Sandman. These large companies need to charge a lot to cover all their TV ads. I would prefer to give my business to the smaller family owned companies.
