Sandman Air did an excellent job servicing our needs. They were very flexible and prompt with scheduling. Very thorough in the inspection they were hired to perform and timely with their assessment/action plan. Definitely recommend Sandman Air!

Sandman Air Heating and Air Conditioning is wonderful. John, the owner, is easy to work with and totally reliable. He takes his time and does a thorough job of maintaining my ac systems. He even unclogged my gutter which he noticed was packed with pine needles. Can't ask for more! He's great!

I’ve used Sandman Air on several projects as well as my own home. They have replaced several existing whole house systems as well as several mini splits for me and my clients. They are a small family owned and operating business, are very competitively priced, very responsive, and honest. They now do 100% of all my HVAC work.

Fair, Honest, Timely, and Reliable - Nolan and John are outstanding and are my go-to repair or replacement AC company that I have used for not only my own home, but are who I recommend to ALL of my clients. I met John and Nolan in 2018, they were one of five AC companies I met with before deciding on who I would have replace my AC. They were prompt and performed my AC replacement in an efficient and sound manner, they also registered my AC unit with the manufacturer to insure the 10 year manufacturer warranty - something that the installing company is responsible for doing so that the home owner is guaranteed that manufacturer warranty. I have since always recommended John and Nolan as my AC inspectors for my buyer clients and are who I recomend to my sellers when their units require servicing prior to the sale of their home. John, the owner was quick to come out for an estimate for a split mini system. His pricing was in par with other vendors, but his product and warranty were superior. There was always quick and friendly communication with John and his office staff. They installed my unit in just a few hours. They cleaned up after the work was completed. We are extremely happy with our experience in dealing with John and his company and would highly recommend him for any HVAC job.

I highly recommend using Sandman Air. This company is honest and they have fair pricing. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Nolan has been doing the seasonal inspections for me since I moved into my home two years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about the work he does. The only reason I would stop using this company is if I moved out of their service area.

This company is the real deal. Nolan came out to our house this past summer to fix a no cooling issue. He was very thorough, and explained what needed replaced today and what should be done to prevent future issues. The price was very reasonable and he would not accept a $ tip. I am happy that my neighbor recommended them, and now I recommend them to everyone.

They responded to my air problem quickly. Warranty company used them and called 6pm We’d. And they said between 8&9.on Thursday. Arrived 8:30 and checked for problem, fixed and done by 9:15. Seniors, this company prioritizes your needs very quickly. Outstanding service and professional.
