We cannot recommend Cooler tymes enough. We bought a new lennox SL28xcv HVAC a/c system from them about 10 days ago. Mike and his crew is exceptional and provided superior service
Mike was not only very knowledgeable about the newest systems, he also have so much information and good tips that is very useful AND on top of that, he has the best prices around. We got several quotes from different companies and nobody beat Mike's prices. He is just a professional, honest, nice guy, always gets back to you right away, answer your questions and is very punctual at showing up, you can't go wrong with going with Cooler tymes. We will definitely be going with Mike and his crew again when we need to replace our A/C at our rental home. Thanks again Mike!!

Mike was very professional, kept his word, showed up when he said he would, completed the removal of the old system and installed the new system in record time in my eyes (5 hours), and it included duct work changes. He took his time and helped me understand the Lennox XC20 system I was looking at, and coached me on not spending money on products I didn't need for efficiency, which I greatly appreciated. I got three quotes from other companies and his non-gouging price saved me thousands over the other major competitors, literally thousands. Cooler Tymes, Mike and his crew, came and worked diligently and professionally to replace my 3 AC's and all their components, accessories, etc on April 10th. I do appreciate how Mike takes the time to educate us on our new products. Even before replacing these units, when he came to repair a part, he always took time to share his insight without overwhelming us. I never felt he rushed through the job. I find him to be honest and fair in his pricing. He always answers your questions, respond to your texts, and make an extra trip to come back if needed.

Mike was very professional! Didn’t mind me hanging out next to him as he performed his work. He took the time to explain everything, which was much appreciated. Parts of my unit were under warranty and Mike took the extra time to ensure those parts were covered, therefore reducing my overall costs. Would definitely recommend him and trust him. Andres showed up and got to work right away. He was approachable, described what he did, listened to owner's reiteration for understanding, patient, and answered my questions. Definitely will use them again.

Mike was able to come out early the next morning (Saturday) after a late afternoon call the day before, which was perfect for me. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived promptly with great communication. He quickly identified the issue and was able to repair on-site. I have been in the construction business for quite some time and any big box HVAC company not only would have charged me an excessive amount for the same repair, but would have falsely try to upsell me on things I didn't need using scare tactics. That is their job, unfortunately.

Mike's pricing was more than fair and likely cheaper than what a big box company would have charged. He explained things in great detail as well, which I really appreciated. My AC went out at 1 AM last night. My home warranty filed a claim but after seven hours I still hadn’t received a service ticket for somebody to come out and so I called Mike. He came right away! He did an amazing job! He was able to figure out quickly that my system only needed a new cap that had gone bad. He was very honest and you gave me a really good deal! I would recommend him to anybody... Thank you for fixing my issue so quickly Mike!

Mike was incredibly prompt and arrived in less than 1 hour of the time I called him. We called him to troubleshoot our struggling AC system which was installed 2 years ago. We initially called the company that installed the system and they could not figure out the problem. Mike was here for about 10 minutes when he discovered the unit was not properly wired when it was first installed and we were only running the compressor in stage 1 instead of the 2 stages it’s designed for, a feature we paid a hefty premium for. Mike was very helpful and professional. We certainly feel that Mike takes his trade seriously and has pride in what he does. We will not hesitate to call Cooler Tymes the next time we need service. I trust Cooler Tymes to service my A/C unit. In the 14 years I've owned my home I've had them out 4 times. Each time they've done a great job getting my A/C back working. Had them out last week and my A/C is now working great. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need.

I sent in a request on their website late last night, I woke up this morning around 5:30 and got an e mail from Mike asking for my address for a service call. He showed up on time, he was personable, professional, and and all around nice guy. He inspected my system, gave me some recommendations for my thermostat settings, and even gave me a discount. Cooler Tymes has a customer for life and will service my A/C unit for the foreseeable future, thanks Mike!

Needed evaporative coil clean and condenser service to satisfy new home buyer purchase agreement. Only 2 companies in my area had 20 reviews with high ratings so went with the cheapest rate. Glad I did because these guys were about as professional as can be for providing me a perfect service from start to finish. They saved me $325.00 from the next best company with same reviews. Carlos the A/C tech was phenomenal. On time, trustworthy, and efficient. Didn't waste time assessing the condition and gave me an honest run down on what he found. Showing me detailed pictures of what my system looks like and offering to send them to me with my invoice. Price was exactly what was quoted and Mike who takes the calls discounted me because I have 2 units and didn't throw a service fee in like his competition. Cooler Tymes does things smart unlike many other service companies. Mike worked above and beyond to get me scheduled when I needed. Will tell anyone I know that needs A/C to use them.

I was experiencing a rattle in my AC system that was driving me mad. I did a quick Google search and dialed Cooler Tymes. To my delight Mike was able to setup a call for the afternoon. When he arrived he was professional and courteous. He had the issue isolated very quickly and then fixed it.

I was so impressed that I scheduled him to do a full system review. Our system is nearly 10 years old and It has likely never been looked at from top to bottom. After dealing with a another company that failed to repair our issue, we contacted Cooler Tymes. Mike was extremely professional and quickly identified the inferior work of the other company. We ended up having our unit replaced and the pricing was inline with the 5 other quotes we had received, but he provided a much higher quality unit. Install went perfectly and on time. This was truly one of the most professional and low stress interactions we have had with any service company that I can ever remember. We couldn't recommend Cooler Tymes more highly.
