Andres, a technician from Cooler Thymes HVAC, came to my house on time to service my fresh air fan which another company had told me needed to be replaced at a cost of $750. Andres was very kind and honest and told me I just had a loose wire connection. As soon as he hooked the wire back up my fan was working again. I just had to pay for the service call. I am so glad I called Cooler Thymes for a second opinion. They saved me the cost and hassle of getting my fan replaced by the other company. I will be using Cooler Thymes for my HVAC needs from now on.

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. The service and professionalism was amazing. I cannot tell you how difficult it is to find quality contractor service in the Phoenix area, particularly in the West Valley. To have a company of this quality available in the West Valley is so refreshing. It's like a drink of cold water in the middle of the desert (Pun Intended) LOL! One of my outdoor AC condensers was not cooling the downstairs portion of the house. Had an HVAC company come and diagnose the situation and they told me that there's a leak and to determine where it was coming from they'd have to do a leak test with dye and cost would be close to $1000 and proceeded to tell me cost could increase to around $3000/4000 to repair the leak. I asked what a new unit would be....$9000 or more.

I'm the type of person that gets other quotes to compare and had other HVAC companies lined up to come and give me quotes. Mike with COOLER TYMES said he could be at my house after he was done with another job. He came by at the time he said, accessed the outdoor unit and told me there was a leak on the cooper tubing and said he could repair the leak or, replace the entire outside unit. After discussing all options, I decided to have the unit (2005) replaced. Mike came back the next morning (6am) with a sweet looking Lenox and had that bad boy installed in time for the family to wake up to a cool house! Mike is now my go-to HVAC guy for annual maintenance and uh-oh calls on both my AC units. So, Mike, thank you so much for "working me into your schedule"......YOU ROCK!!!

I swapped out my thermostat but was having issues getting it to work, so I called Cooler Tymes and they were able to get someone to my house within the hour. It took them less than 30 minutes to diagnose the issue and get it working again! This is the 3rd time I have used this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Francisco showed up on time, easily identified by his company shirt with Cooler Tymes logo. He was very knowledgeable of our A/C system and performed a maintenance check on the outside unit and indoor attic furnace. No issues were found. Full electrical and systems check, $115. A deal for the peace of mind we have with Cooler Tymes LLC.

I have worked with many HVAC companies being in the Real Estate Business, and Cooler Tymes stands out. I recently had a HVAC unit go out in one of my rental units and Cooler Tymes immediately came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and then replaced the unit within a few days. They are very reasonable in pricing and came in below other local bids I received. Their technician Brian in the Verde Valley is top-notch and comes with 30 years of experience. I've been using RPS for over a decade. Ron is reliable, honest, professional, does great work and charges a fair price. I won't use anyone else and refer him anytime i know someone is looking for an "AC guy".

I recommend Ron because he built his business on honesty and not selling you on anything you don't want or need, unlike big corporations who teach their employees to sell people on products or find issues that aren't there to make more money. He will tell you exactly what the problem is with your HVAC unit and nothing more.

Ron is hardworking, highly experienced, charges a fair price, and actually cares about his customers and develops a relationship with them. He can remember a lot of his customers by name from over a decade ago. His whole business is on word of mouth, he's barely ever done any advertising but his customers are loyal and recommend him because they respect his work and honesty.

Ron and his wife Patti ARE RPS and they don't pretend to be anything more. Just a small local family business owned by true Arizona residents, good people you can trust to take care of your issue and not BS you. If they recommend you to buy a new unit, it's because you probably should. Otherwise, they'll do whatever it takes to fix your issuse with the unit you already have. They won't try to get you to buy anything you don't need.

I've been using Ron (RPS) for 20+ years and have always had fast, reliable, and quality work done, at a reasonable price. RPS has responded in the middle of the summer, weekends, and on time whenever I've scheduled major work to be done. I've had multiple AC systems installed in homes and/or repairs as needed. Ron honored his warranty with our air conditioning unit when we were having problems with it. He did a great job installing it. The problem was with the unit itself not working as it should. It is working perfectly now and we are very satisfied with his work!
