It's that time of year again where it rains and I find more leaks. I've lost track of the times I had to make a repair ticket. It's the same thing every time: they come out to repair a leak, the repair guy is horrified about what a terrible roof it is and promises to make it right, but then they just repair the one leak and go silent.

I'm outside the valley so they subcontracted this roof with a couple local randos who had no idea what they were doing and did the whole thing in one day. It goes beyond simple mistakes too. There were sections of the roof that didn't even have underlayment and they just had shingles on plywood. That isn't even an oversight. That's just plain not caring. They seem to regret subcontracting to these yahoos but won't do what needs to be done and completely replace the roof. I'm fully convinced that every time there are heavy rains I'll find more leaks for the entire life of the roof or until I have the roof reinstalled on my own dime.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any company dealing with renovation or construction. Work was done on our roof and paid for. 9 months later we had a storm, we discovered a few leaks, and have now called approximately 2 dozen times and emailed a Mr. JGonzalez and have not been able to get through to anyone to come out and fix our warrantied roof.

Unfortunately, my experience with Mission Restoration was disappointing. The customer service was unresponsive and unprofessional, and I felt poorly treated as a client. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring this company.

My experience with Mission Restoration was very concerning. Riley used aggressive communication and threatened to place a lien on my home, even though they were the ones who lost the check we had already sent. They had originally requested the check unendorsed, and after it was misplaced on their end, we were met with threats instead of accountability. Extremely disappointing customer service. Riley you should be ashamed of yourself.

I did not think someone knocking on my door and telling me I could get a new roof on my house and only pay my insurance deductible could be true. Turns out it is, I even have solar on my roof and Mission Restoration hired a contractor to remove and reinstall it. I was skeptical until I seen a house they did in my neighborhood and called them back. The whole process was taken care of with great care and profesionalism. Jessica made it so easy with her great communication. The whole team was great. I Love my new roof and would Highly recommend Mission restoration.

Mission Restoration really went above and beyond for our roof. We had some pretty bad damage after a big storm and Sean specifically made the entire process so simple and understandable for me. He took us from not knowing what to do next to, meeting the insurance adjuster at our home, then following up with us and them to make sure everything was covered that was damaged. They worked with our schedule to get the roof put on. They understood the delays that would occur with the insurance company checks arriving and needing to get them signed by our mortgage lender. They were patient, kind, and Sean really excelled with excellent communication and customer service. If every trade could be this excellent home repairs would be a breeze. I'm grateful to mission for giving me hope in home improvement companies again, especially post pandemic. Where other companies do the least possible and push off responsibility. Sean and Mission really held our hands and took on the responsibility of making sure we understood what was happening at all times and checking in with us and our concerns.

These guys did a fantastic job. Levi was excellent to work with. Always returned my calls and kept me up to date on our time schedules. Our roof was straight forward no big issues, but the home is out in the sticks; 14 miles off the main road. They arrived at 6 am and had the roof done by 10 am. Fast hard working 4 man crew and Levi supervising! Levi was very good with providing various options and gave me full bids on three different materials. We ordered a green shingle which took about three weeks to arrive, but that was to be expected, not a common color. No complaints whatsoever. Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend Kendrick from Mission, had a faulty roof installed from a previous contractor. Kendrick went above and beyond with us before they even did this project. They got us scheduled quickly and the work done extremely well. The job site was cleaned up after they were done. Roof looks amazing.

Terrible work and terrible to work with. July hail brought door-to-door ambulance-chaser type salesman "project managers" to our door. They submitted an inflated insurance claim only to cover messy shingle replacement and gutter work on our very simple 8-year-old cookie cutter home: $21k in total! ROC has had to come out twice already and still working with us in DECEMBER to get all work done correctly after confirming no less than five separate issues in our complaint. Prescott area residents: THIS IS NOT A LOCAL COMPANY - they only have a local office (billing etc. out of Mesa). The attached pictures are not before shots - they are AFTER they cut and run. Do your homework - I regret not doing mine!

Today my wife and I went for a walk in Arrowhead park. Your company must have the contract for the city of Chandler to do the up keep on the park. I do not know how long you have had this contract but there are several things that never get attention that I would think are in your contract duties. Someone should pick up the trash after a mower goes over it or pick it up before you run it over. Also the west wall along the condo’s never gets cleaned as well as the south wall along the parking lot of the commercial building. The corner that goes from the condo community there is a gate and trash is always there. Your guys looked like they were finished in that area and ready to pack up and leave. As a resident of Chandler and a tax payor if someone takes on the duty of cleaning the park it should be done correctly.I have been here in the area for 10 yrs. and the areas I mentioned rarely get the attention they need.

Just had a guy in an Artistic Land Management truck at Cricle K pull up right behind me, park, and blocked me in while he went inside. I had to do a 10 point turn just to get out of my parking spot. He wasn't even in one at all.

Kyle and crew did a great job installing a new gutter on an area of our house where there previously wasn't one. It was an oversight of the original design, and they did a great job designing and installing a new system!

I noticed one rainy day not so long ago that I had a couple of leaks in my roof so I spared no time in contacting Firebird Exteriors. Kyle came over very promptly before the rain subsided and surveyed the situation. A few days later a crew came over to the house and fixed the problem before the next rainy period. I was very pleased with the punctuality, workmanship, pricepoint and. customer care that I received from Firebird Exteriors and if I am in need of such services in the future, I will call them again.

Kyle provided a reasonable estimate, and did a great job explaining what he would do to replace the roof. His people were able to remove the old tile roof and flat roof, then install the new tile roof and flat roof in just a couple of days. He also installed a couple of roof turbines to keep the attic cool. I am very pleased with all the work he did and would recommend him to others.

Kyle/Firebird Exteriors was great as we began to gather information for our gutters, no pressure and easy to talk to. We are done now and it couldn't have been a more smooth or easy process. It looks perfect and they finished well. Especially impressed that they came back so quickly to look into an issue. We are very happy we used Firebird Exteriors!

I have dealt with many roofing contractors and compare Firebird Exteriors as the absolute best. Follow up and completion has been terrific on two occasions. I would give them a 10 on the scale.
