Kyle would check in every few months until I was finally ready. The project was smooth, timely and reasonably priced. His crew was professional. Kyle came to do a free inspection on my 20+ year old roof. I was a bit hesitant as one always wonders if you can trust a "free" inspection. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me all looked good. He did not push his services. Due to this experience, he gained my trust. Had rain gutters installed. The subcontractor installer missed 2 appointments and just showed up one day. He didn't have all the correct parts so made it work by bending the incorrect ones.
It did get fixed eventually after 3 weeks of hounding them, but the communication was poor. No call backs - i was always the one to initiate. There was a problem with sending my email quote and the receipt to the wrong email address. They never could promise a time they would show up. Oh and the subcontractor lied and said he rang the doorbell but I wasn't home -- my camera says otherwise.

Kyle was amazing in his assessment of my roof condition and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need. I had gotten 2 other roof quotes and both said I needed a new roof. ( My roof is a foam roof). Kyle assured me that I just needed a good coating and not a whole new roof replacement, which would have cost me so much more! And he warranted the roof for 10 years! His honesty was so appreciated. Kyle and his crew were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and his company to family, friends and to anyone!!
