I recently had my roof replaced and got bids from 5 different businesses. Kyle was by far the most professional, affordable and accommodating. Firebird Exteriors offered the longest workmanship warranty and materials warranty than his competitors. Kyle is very communicative and actually figured out I have bees taking over part of my AC piping. (I had AC guys trying to sell me a whole new unit). He is very detail oriented and sent progress photos. At the end of the project he sent all of the photos including the bees in the piping. I highly recommend Firebird Exteriors. They got the job done efficiently in just a few days. Choosing Firebird Exteriors was a no brainer. I did my homework so you don’t have to. No high pressure sales like the others and not creepy. In order to appreciate the high quality of work done by Firebird Exteriors, you have to understand the absolute mess that is our roof. In short, our house is a flip where many corners were cut, partially on the roof. We have a flat foam roof which ponds horribly and in the 9 years we’ve lived here, we have had the roof redone three previous times and have had about a dozen roof contractors provide estimates. When I expressed our many roof-related woes, Kyle (the owner) understood and went out of his way make sure he did not make the mistakes of those before him. He had a competitive estimate ready in less than an hour. His crew was thorough, professional & clean (they didn’t leave our yard a mess). When they were done, there was still some ponding after the first rain and I called Kyle. His crew was out the next day. Excellent service and quality by Firebird Exteriors. I highly recommend.

I recently had my roof corrected by Firebird Exteriors, and was very impressed with not only their professionalism, but the entire team! I have worked with a lot of contractor's for the last 5 year's, and have found that most contractor's do not check up on their workers. Kyle checked in almost daily making sure everyone stayed on track and communicated with me throughout the entire project. They worked everyday showed up early & worked all day till the job was done. He has returned each time I called & addresses my questions, and any final corrections. Most contractors don't stand by their work after they get their money, but Firebird Exteriors does! His team got the job done, and the specific way I wanted the finish with no problems at all, and at an affordable price!! We had a leak in our flat roof which was addressed by Kyle instantly. They were out to fix and in less than a week we had our old roof replaced with a brand new one. They were timely and did a great job. Thank you for the rapid response and repair. We were very satisfied with everything!!

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic. Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly. His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone. They were done in a couple of days from start to finish. I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best. I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

Kyle and Firebird Exteriors well deserve their 5 star rating. I needed a complete replacement and upgrade of the roof underlayment. I personally interviewed several roofing companies. Kyle's bid was not only very fair, but he was very responsive, fully answered all of my questions and explained the entire process. His crew was incredibly hard-working, friendly and cleaned the job site every day; and Kyle inspected the progress daily. The end result is nothing less than impressive. I have even had neighbors praise the job and ask for his contact information. I would hire Kyle again in a heartbeat.

This review is way overdue. In October 2022 we had a wind storm in Mesa that tore off some shingles from my roof. Kyle had it fixed up within a few days. Fast forward to now: My current roof is nearing the end of its life - but the insurance adjuster pointed out the work done by Firebird Exteriors as being "Excellent". I know who I'll be calling when the time comes to re-do the roof.
