Comfort Masters kept in contact with me regarding arrival time and appointment. The tech was very thorough. I was actually surprised that he didn't try to upsell me on anything. My bill was $8.88 just as advertised

The contractor that home Depot used for the flooring install was horrible at communication and scheduling. Despite knowing the age of my home, I was never informed that as best as testing, would it need to be performed before they could even begin work. So I waited a month for them to show up at my house only to have them tell me they couldn't do anything and that they would not put me back on the schedule until all asbestos testing was complete and I had an official certificate. At which point they would then schedule me for another month out. I ended up doing the flooring install myself because I couldn't wait to sell my house around for their crappy contractor to actually show up and do the job.

I then had to hassle with doing a return on the labor and also ending up having to pay taxes on the flooring materials themselves which took more than 5 hours of my time to sort out, And took 2 weeks to get back on my credit card.

I would have been better off just doing it myself and never having to deal with home Depot services.

Water heater installation, very satisfied

Western Flooring who was the contractor for our carpet and baseboards were great. Very professional and fast and didn’t leave a mess for us like the other flooring company we used in the past. They were efficient and friendly. Also Home Depot was great customer service as well in the process setting up, even helped us out and delivered our baseboards for free because no one had told us we had to pick them up or deliver for a fee and the guy on the phone was very helpful bc we had no way of picking them up. We will definitely use Home Depot again for future home services.

I needed a storm door replacement with installation and Conrad did the measurements and the installation when the door arrived. He was very professional and great to work with.

This is the second time I have bought from Home Depot and had installation done. This time I bought carpet and had them lay it. I was very impressed with the man who installed my carpet. Very punctual, cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed when he was finished. I highly recommend Home Depot and their service team. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

The carpet is nice but I was mislead by the wording of the add,it says life proof warranty against pets. But it doesn't cover everything. When I had tried everything and finally went back to the company for a replacement they I'm not sure Isaid they don't cover smell. They didn't even offer to replace the padding first. I had to purchase brand new however Home Depot did cover the cost of the delivery and for Western State to come out to remeasure the room. As if the room was going to shrink or grow. Plus they paid $150.00 of the cost. I'm not sure I will return to purchase more carpet

All Home Depots are much the same, some rents tools, this one doesn't. The staff are very helpful and in my experience have gone out of their way to answers question or walk me to the isle of the item I was looking for.

Normally, I don't complain. But this complaint is necessary. Let me start by saying that I never expect a place to have a military discount. Most of the time, I don't even ask. However, if I know a place does, then I do indeed ask. Since WHEN is serving, not enough?? If a place has a military discount, you show your I.D. and you get the discount. Not according to Home Depot. No, you must have an account? That's bs. I remembered that home depot does the military discount so today I asked for it and the cashier asked for my phone number, I said "oh I don't have a phone number with you guys" they responded "oh you can't get the military discount if you don't have this account" I said "oh okay, so I guess serving isn't enough then?" They said "sorry". I know there's really nothing that cashier could do. The person I'm upset with is Home Depot. This is ridiculous and a slap in the face to all those who serve and have served.
